No Runner Beans at all this year :(
I don't know if it is the product that is the problem here, or the fact that we do not seems to get many bees now in Chelmsford, but although we have been growing Runner Beans for over 25 years in our back garden, we got none at all this year. Some of these seeds developed into plants that only grew half way up our bean poles... others grew further, but in the end we got leaves only - & no runner beans at all! This is one of three varieties we planted out and got no runner beans at all from any of them this year.NOTE: We did get a crop from all of our other garden fruits & vegetables - courgettes, tomatoes (3 types), peas, strawberries & raspberries etc..

They're still growing
Delivery as expected. Had these before and they're lovely. They are outside in large pots growing so can't comment on taste or texture yet, but I have total confidence that they'll be fabulous, like last few years. My favourite veg by far, bit of butter melting on them, bit of salt, Yummy. They go with anything too.

So far so good.
I planted 25 of these seeds back in April and all 25 germinated, now they are planted out and galloping up their canes. I will update my review later with pictures of any runner beans and details of yield, as yet it is still early but the are covered in flowers which I guess is a good sign. These seeds were very much cheaper than any others I have seen. I have enough seed for next year as well. A real bargain.

Jack would like these...they grow strong
I grew this variety a little later than I'd have liked to having lost some of my earlier plants from another type this year. They were fabulous and I have a huge crop most of which is filling the freezer. Happy to recommend this variety and will look for it again next year.

Runner bean seeds
Planted a few weeks ago. All sprouted in the greenhouse and now planted out. Super happy. Good big pack so will last a while

Thin stems on this variety for me anyway.
Growing fine.what yield I get is another matter, the vine is a lot thinner than other varieties.hope beans not small.

Growing vigorously now
These seeds were slow to get going (though it has been a strange year) but look great now. We are just waiting for them to crop

Good quality seeds
All the seeds germinated and I’ve put them outside to harden off. I look forward to eating them when they are ready
