I had erected it and then realised it was too high, I went to each corner to lower the pin, unfortunately one pin on one side did not com out so the whole gazebo is now buckled. I need a return slip, the whole Gazebo won't stay up, so I have now put it back in it's pouch ready to be returned due to Sale of goods Act - not fit for purpose.I am no able to send a picture this item is faulty, the pin will not come out so only 3 legs hold up.

We are very happy with our gazebo. The weight bags are big enough to put one or two house bricks in, water bottles or whatever you choose. Wasn’t that easy to put up though and needed 4 of us to do it (tall person is needed) but don’t let that put you off, well worth it once it is up.

I am very pleased with the Gazebo, quality and structure adiquate. However, one of the sand bags was split, if possible it would be appreciated if you could send one. Pleased with the service given the Covid19 situation. Many thanks Irene Gibbons.
