An awesome solution for vehicle shades!
We have been looking for a solution to giving the kids who sit in the back more shade. We tried a whole bunch of things, from suction cup shades to DIY type solutions. Never had anything that really worked and was reliable. Thankfully, we found these stretchable sun shades. In short, they are working wonderfully! We have a Nissan Rogue and the shades are a little on the large side with a little give, but they still fit well with no problems. The effect is a dark shade that has a big effect on the sunlight that comes into the car. This makes it less hot in the interior as well as less glare. This is all we were looking for. We have had it for a few months now and it has held up as well as it did on the first day. They come on and off easily. Trips are much more comfortable for the kids in the back now which makes mom and dad happy campers. It doesn't prevent looking out the window at all. Here is a little side benefit: Mom has to sometimes breastfeed the baby and sitting in the back gives a lot of privacy that without the shades would be easy to see in the car. This was a nice bonus. Probably one of the best purchases we've made for the car and for not much money. Extremely happy and highly recommended!

Great invention - will definitely buy again when needed.
These are amazing. I've gotten tons of compliments on these. They are so easy and work great. They keep my boys cool and comfortable in the back seat. Block out the sun, let's in the fresh air. Stays on very nicely. I have a Buick LeSabre so these fit very nicely over the large rear windows. They don't work on every model car, I'm sure. Mine stretches it widely enough that I can easily see through the back windows, even at night or during the day with sunglasses on. I've had these about 10 months, and they've held up well so far. They are very faded on the outside, but frankly, for $20/pair, even if I had to replace them yearly, they'd be worth it. So far though, despite the fading, because the inside stays dark, they still block the light nicely and they haven't started breaking down or anything. I leave them on all the time, so rain/sun/etc.... And obviously, because there are no metal parts, no concerns in case of accident.

It works, but not the prettiest
This product works okay enough. Its not the greatest, but it does the job. I would not use these as every-day shades. It does a great job of blocking light (and can still be seen through a bit). But, a couple of negatives:1) It slides over the entirely of the doorframe and window. So there IS indeed material OUTSIDE as you are driving. which means it will wear and tear more easily. It will get wet. And if you use it every day, it will need to be replaced at some point.2) Even though I said it was easy to install, if you are constantly installing and uninstalling it is annoying to have to open your car door and fit basically a sock over the top half of it.This product is useable, but after a while it starts to break down and just becomes not worth it anymore. There is also no neat way to package it if you are taking it down and putting it away.At the time I purchased it did the job. I had a kid, helped cut down the sun and heat in the backseat, and helped a bit with the heat while parked. It made it so the sun didnt beat down on the seats so bad in the back. But it also looks like crap from the outside. And eventually, even if its in tact, it will stretch from the wind of driving. So, worth it as a temporary fix, just dont expect it to last forever or be beautiful in any way on the vehicle.

Works well, plus a note on fitting to a Honda coupe.
Five stars because they're solid, light, really compact, and will work as I wanted them to: they will let air in and keep bugs out when I roll down the windows for fresh air when parked and using my car as a 40 mpg camper / stargazing cabin. That said, the "regular contoured window" size is not the best for my 1994 Honda Civic coupe. (Yes, I know they weren't made for front windows, but these are the only windows I have.) By folding the side mirrors in and stretching the screens to the limit over the window frames and folded mirrors, they *almost* fit. By that I mean, they go on and they stay in place and they fit well enough to get the job done, but they don't fit as neatly and comfortably one would wish. After another trip or two, I may decide they're just fine as is. The design is sound and the product is robust. If I order a larger size, as seems likely, these will still come along as spares.

Know What You Are Getting & Don't Have Heavy Hands
O.k., I just received this and gave it only three stars because I have only experienced how it fits my window, and that's it. I have a 2016 Chrysler Town & Country. I can tell you several things about this item:1. It is very thin material, and you have to be careful putting it on, as I could easily seen it being torn, by someone in a hurry, having heavy hands, or not paying close attention to doing it SLOWLY.2. It fits my contoured window tightly, BUT it will not go all the way down on the front part of the window, as that is where the external mirror mounting bracket is, and there is not enough material for it to go over the mirror. For it to go over the mirror, there would have to be a lot more material, which would make it fit sloppy/loosely on the window. There is about a two inch gap, near the bottom of the window, where the material does not cover it. No big deal, as it covers the vast majority of the window, for sun blocking, so I can live with a small gap at the bottom.3. If you are buying for a minivan like mind, you will need the contoured set AND the square set. My front windows are contoured, but the window on my sliding door is SQUARE. Sooo, if you are looking for shading for passengers in the back, you need the SQUARE set.I have seen where people have complained about how the item acts, WHEN DRIVING. I can't comment on this, as I would not use something like this, while driving. I would get the shade that fits inside, via suction cup, and slides on a roller, up and down. I plan to use this on my vehicle, when it is just SITTING.

Excelente producto
