When I received this charger, I was very impressed at how well built and sturdy it was, as well as the box it came in. I bought this for travel only - I wanted a wireless charger and battery pack combination. This charger fit both of these criteria, plus the ability to change the angle in which a phone sits when using it as more of a docking station. The wireless charging is pretty slow, which is fine most of the time, but it would charge much more quickly if I plugged my phone into it with a USB cable in the event I needed my phone charged more quickly. I'd also just note that this is on the heavier side for something used for travel, which I expected and found acceptable.Now for the reason that I gave this three stars. I noticed pretty early on that it was starting to warp a bit where it wouldn't close flat, then it completely split apart within four months of purchase (see photos). I can only assume that this is due to an overheating issue of sorts as I definitely did not abuse it, overuse it, or drop it. It was only used for travel, so I wouldn't have expected this to happen so quickly. Although still under warranty, I'm not sure I trust it enough to request a replacement (a bit concerned it may have overheating issues).

I travel quite a bit and bought it for my iPhone to watch videos on airplanes while charging my phone. The built quality is good - much better than other wireless batteries / chargers I tried. The angle can be easily adjusted and the phone charges in portrait mode as well as in landscape mode. I use portrait mode when I charge my phone overnight at the hotel where it's on a stand. Overall, I quite like it. One word of caution: I thought I could use my Mac USB C charger to charge this battery, but it does not work (also tried other USB C chargers). I suspect this battery does not support PD. You must use a USB A to USB C cable which is included. Overall, quite like it.Update 12/20/19: I returned the charger since it could only be recharged using certain power adapters. No USB C adapter worked (including Apple) most USB A adapters would not work. The only one that worked was an Apple iPad adapter. I did get a replacement which had the exact same problem. This was meant for travel, but it requires me to take an additional adapter so I can recharge it. That makes no sense to me. I returned it.

Battery life is lower than comparable batteries.The provided cable didn't work well. The low quality cable would overheat on some ends and also didn't work with most chargers.The tilt and wireless charging functions great.

even though i have the recommended charger. i have YET to receive a full charge. at BEST i have managed 3/4 charge on an whole day charge. great for travel when you dont want to be tethered to your charger.

Excellent power storage; compact and easy to use. My mom loved it! Slightly bigger and heavier than I expected but we are very satisfied with the product. I recommend it.

The product has done all that advertised it could do. I own two.
