They are just what I wanted and needed for my new room...quality was good...no problem with workmanship...the socket where the bulb goes was a bit crooked from shipping but straightened right up...arrived promptly

The main problem with this lamp is that the pottery part was glued down way off center to the wooden plinth so the whole thing looked off center. Totally unacceptable looking. As an aside it's much duller than the photograph implies. Rather drab. Not at all impressed, it went back.
