Excellent Customer Service
When I received the pump it was missing the female hose connector which was shown in the Amazon listing. I sent an email with a photo to the vendor inquiring why it was missing. I received a response within 30 minutes. After confirming exactly what I needed they said it would be shipped immediately. The package I received had everything I needed to outfit the pump. It was a 20 minute job to put everything together. My pressure washer works as good as new. Happy with the pump and very happy with the customer service.

Install it quick so when it doesn't work you can send it back
I bought this pump and it doesn't generate any pressure. Unfortunately I missed my return window so i can't return it. Junk!

Perfect spare part
The media could not be loaded. The pump fits perfectly On my Karcher G2700R with 7/8" shaft and works Powerfully! I recommend it.

Great Pump, Easily Installed.
Great replacement for my 3000 PSI Honda pressure washer. It was a lot easier just to replace the pump then to go through trying to diagnose the problem and spend a ton of money on small replacement parts. Went on very easy, but I did have to go to the local hardware store and purchase smaller bolts, since my old bolts where a little to long. Also keep the key that comes off the drive shaft of your old pump, because you will have to use it with your new pump. Very Pleased overall.

WOW!! I’m still waiting for a return call!!
This is not a bad pump, BUT the connection where the WATER hose hooks up is made up of a REAL soft cheap plastic, and BEWARE it will BREAK!!!! I called the seller for a replacement and asked if they had one made out of copper and they sent me the wrong part. When I recalled the operator; she told me that I was lucky that they even sent me a replacement part and all that I should contact Amazon for replacement parts. When you go on the Amazon site for issues with the product, it say’s to contact the seller WHICH IS THEM!! She told me that they would call me back to see if the manager will send me a replacement part. Without a water connection the pressure washer is USELESS!!! I’m still waiting for a return call!!

BAD / WORTHLESS / KARCHER PUMP /= bad mechanic
Bought last summer ,by the time I got all things together WINTER set in. I just rolled my honda pressure-washerthis pump is worthless and a waste of my time / money. The pump came as an assembly and requires 4 mounting blots . The mechanic [me ] could not keep the key way in place, it would fallout during assembly.thus with the help of a friend = IT WORKS.BAD ON ME , GOOD FOR KARCHER, SORRY FOR THE BAD REVIEW

Incomplete
The description clearly states that it comes with a standard female garden hose end for its water inlet. Even the product pictures show it having one. Mine has none of it. There's a fine female threaded inlet in the pump casting but its not a standard garden hose fitting
