Worked well on my 2009 Toyota Matrix Base with 1.8L engine.Over the years my Matrix has thrown diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) that pointed to the coils 3 times. The code ends with a digit 1-4 corresponding with the cylinder number (P0351, P0352, P0353, P0354).One suggested diagnostic test is to move the suspected coil from one position to the next to be sure that it is the coil rather than another issue. I switched the coils from cylinders 2 and 3 and sure enough, the diagnostic trouble code followed the coil location from cylinder 3 to cylinder 2 when I did the switch (P0352 to P0353).OEM manufacturer Denso made in Japan... Most on eBay are less then half this price (~$20) seem to be forgeries from China rather than OEM from Japan.Other numbers used for this part: 90919-02252 or 90919-02258 or 10R-035444Denso 673-1310 is the same OEM part and less expensive on Amazon (~$60) than the Toyota Denso parthttps://smile.amazon.com/Denso-673-1310-Direct-Ignition-Coil/dp/B01KGCPCS6

Have not used this coil yet. Bought for my 2009 toyota corolla as a backup. It is a toyota oem coil. Will find out if it lasts longer than the others I have replaced (not OEM) , a total of 5 since 2018.

Failed after a few months
I bought this genuine replacement for an ignition coil that went bad but it went bad after a few months. I recommend not buying this kind of thing from Amazon because it's not easy to get this replaced or your warranty honored. I called Toyota and they said they'd only honor it if it was done at a service center. Waste of nearly $100.
