This taste really good. I drink this with the fermented greens. I can tell a difference in my energy when I take it. The quality is so good I decided to order both of the reds and greens for my mom. My mom who is in her late 70s has also seen a difference in her energy and focus.

The reason that I gave the “value for the money “ category only 3 stars is because the canister was a little less than half full! Great product and mixing it with the green food, the taste is wonderful. Not sweet as others are stating.

I mix a scoop of the Red and Green Supreme each morning in a little juice and drink it, and I feel amazing and energized for hours. Treat yourself to good health by purchasing Dr Don's amazing products!

All these super foods seem expensive but if you try to get the same amount of nutrients naturally (directly from fresh fruits), you will pay a lot more on a per unit basis unless you live in tropical paradise. This does not have a sweet taste at first but does leave a sweet after taste. Compared to Vital Reds, it is only a third of the cost and organic as well. I'm happy with the ingredients and price. Can't say it does anything noticeable for me but it does give me peace of mind that I am giving my body some quality nutrients.

I have been taking this drink with a green juice barley grass mix. Within one month, my blood pressure (which was high) went down significantly. Energy levels have been good and especially with concentration at work. The true test of any supplement is doing your own research and seeing your own results. The cost is great and its a great way to get my daily fruits in in a simple glass. Polyphenols are known to improve cardiac functioning. All I can say is...I am a believer based on real life! I should note, I take 2 scoops as opposed to one daily and I blend it with Green Magma barley juice powder.

I do like the supreme red food but there is too much room for air in the containers (plastic screw top container) it's sent in. The plastic container should be the size shown because the contents fills less then 1/2 of it. All the containers had their seals broken and red food powder coming out because they had been "popped" in transit by something hitting them and so much air in the container "popping". I would have given 5 stars otherwise

Always a very good product

I love this product. I've been taking this and the green superfood for over a year. I scoop both into 8 oz of water in a shaker and drink it down. It does not taste bad at all and it mixes well. I have energy when I take this. My hair and nails are growing like crazy. My digestive system is working better too. So many benefits to this product. I highly recommend it.
