Rhythms of Renewal Bible Study Guide: Trading Stress and Anxiety for a Life of Peace and Purpose

I ordered the study guide as a part of the online study of the accompanying book. If you are just reading the book and not watching the accompanying videos - be aware that there is a signifigant part of each section that is dedicated to video notes. Some of those questions can still be answered without the videos, but some will need to be skipped. Well organized to flow with the book and ample space for writing.

This is a great study. I used it for a small group at my home. Rebekah Lyons is so gifted. The most important things from her book are in the study and she gives great examples. Lots of scripture also teaching us how to rest, restore, connect, and create.

This is a wonderfully thought provoking study devotional at just the right time of life! We are remodeling our home and it's upset our routines a lot, but they needed upsetting and reworking, so the perfect time for focusing on what Rhythms we want in our lives. Well written!

This Study Guide is great! Each session has pages for you to really write down a lot of thoughts for the session you read in the book. I love it!

This Bible Study is practical in helping create new rhythms for our lives. It is rooted in a lot of scripture.

The book is amazing and can't recommend it enough but the study left me wishing there were more. It mentions spending 20 minutes on each day but I found it to be impossible on most days. Buy the book, the study was okay.

Great product

The book is well made. I purchased it as a gift to a friend with similar religious beliefs as the ones portraid in the book. She mentioned that it was helpful as a study guide.

I appreciated the book companion to this (would give it a 3.5-4 star), but this study guide didn't offer the more I was hoping for....
