This is not a 20,000mAh capacity battery. The listed capacity on the product itself is 13,000mAh, although strangely, it also lists 20,000mAh as the battery size. My unit measured ~11,000mAh.I believe that this unit is made from recycled/reclaimed batteries whose original capacity was 20,000mAh but are now on average at 13,000mAh. That would explain why there are two numbers and why mine measured at just a little over half of the listed capacity.That's still not the worst of it!The biggest reason I purchased it was because the product description claims that the bank can accept charge 60W. When connected to the 87W USB-C Apple charger (supports PD) and the Apple USB-C cable, the battery only charges at 18W (9V/2A), not the claimed 60W. That means that this battery takes 3x longer to charge than claimed.The casing is tempered glass and metal. It has a real premium feel. I would have loved it if it was a true 20,000mAh battery with 60W charging.These measured results put this in line with a $20 power bank.

The included documentation states the capacity to be 10,000 mAh, and the internal battery is 20,000 mAh so a 50% efficiency I guess... not what I expected. I ran a 2A discharge test on the device and got 11,471 mAh total (58.4 Wh). It is very solid and attractive, and ships with a 60w USB C power brick, and a USB C to USB A charging cable. Wireless charging seems to work well, but I have not had the time to see how fast it is. During charging after a full discharge, the power brick does get quite hot, but no burning smell - and it's in the 2 hour neighborhood. I am happy with the purchase although not the 20,000 mAh device the ads would imply.

I have used it twice for international travel with no problems in the airports. It is a tad bit bulky, but that is actually nice because I notice it and don't forget it. I just wouldn't plan on carrying it in my pocket. The wireless charging works fine with my Samsung S9+, but you have to pay attention to the exact placement of the phone on top of it - If it is not in the "sweet spot" it won't make the connection. Charges my Samsumg Book tablet using USB C without any problems. I can go at least 3 days (probably much longer) without recharging it and it keeps my devices nicely charged. Charges overnight (<6 hours) using my notebook power supply. Nothing gets warm, no worries about it at all. It does not provide output while it is charging, but if I am near an outlet to charge it, that's not a problem at all. Glad I bought it!

I have 2 of these now and overall I definitely recommend. The capacity is closer to 11000mah but with the quick charging time it is not much of an issue. The main downside I have found is issues when using other wall chargers to charge it. It does come with a nice 60w usb c wall charger but the cord is fairly short. I have been able to use by anker 65w wall charger with success but my sub 60w chargers seem to have issues. This could be an issue with the 2 power banks I have but overall not a big deal.

Very solid build clean, excellent quality build except it takes 5 hours to charge it using a 60 watt Anker brick and Anker USB-C cable. So not worth the price as others can perform better. Even if I like the tempered glass

You don't have the capacity at one number and rate at another. Additionally, I was not getting any charging boost over my other power banks when measuring. Returned it. It is very well built and it does support wireless charging and other devices simultaneously. BUUUUTTTT.....I don't know if this is overhyped or if it really has graphene in it...OH...don't think about traveling with this thing...it is HEAVY. Perhaps a bit overbuilt.

Pretty good battery fort he money. Can charge a Nintendo switch or iPad while being used over USB-C. My only issues that the fact that written on the battery it is 16000mAH which is not what’s in the description. Overall good buy
