I have been a newbie barista for about six months; This jug is 12oz which is slightly larger than 8oz cup, most places use 16 oz, 20 oz or larger 50 oz to put into perspective. My fault for order such a small one and not realizing. So if you're ordering for pitchers to use to practice with at home, like I was, I would go with 16oz (which makes most small (12oz and 16 medium drinks) However, for learning latte art at home this little jug is pretty, nice quality and did steam milk up pretty fast. So maybe for the at home barista it is great and for IG pics. I was able to steam milk up and pour about a full 12 oz cup with 1 large shot of espresso (2 shots 2oz)Cons: You have to be good at milk steaming or else it spills everywhere because it is so small there isn't a lot of room. You also need to be good at your technique of making sure your milk is rolling properly as it's steaming to get frothy or else it bubbles up and spills.Pros: Pretty and seems like nice quality.I was going to return it but it is a nice little jug, I'll keep at home for practicing pouring and making drinks at home. If you want to reduce your milk waste, learning to pour with such a small jug is good choice.

This is one of my favorite things now. I LOVE the copper, and the size is just right to make a latte for me. Espresso, then I foam my milk and this thing holds exactly the amount of foamed milk I need to fill my cup. It’s perfect, and cute, and a lovely addition to my coffee addiction. My caffeinated life has change for the better.

The copper coated stainless measuring cup for milk frothing is intended for just that, however, it is just plain lovely to look at. Very well crafted w/inside measures make it very functional for daily use. Sweet little treasure.

My husband bought this for me to froth milk in my new Gaggia Anima espresso machine. At first I thought it was too small but I actually love it and it's so beautiful. Simply perfect!

After owning the 6 cup from the same manufacturer for a year, I decided to purchase the next down in size for smaller brews. I gave the 6 cup an excellent review and I'm doing the same for this one. This is an excellent, top of the line, well done small kitchen "appliance" that should be owned by anyone who loves to brew espresso on their stove. I mainly use it to brew Cuban coffee. Superb stainless steel construction. I also recommend the milk frother for the same reasons. Hands down, one of the best espresso stovetop makers out there.

Update after a few months this little pitcher went from beautiful to horribly Corroded/rusted/ugly. It DOES NOT last long. And yes I hand wash it.This little pitcher is perfect for frothing milk for my lattes. It is beautiful and the copper coloring is exactly what I was wanting.I will say the lines for the measurements on the insides could be a little more bold as they are difficult to see but overall I am satisfied!
