Lovely refreshing cuppa
I love herb teas, not so much fruit teas and, therefore , find the cornsilk to be a lovely refreshing cuppa with a very mild taste. I bought it for its health benefits which I might add appear to be working for a few hours at least. I haven't noticed any improvement with the nightly ' potty breaks' but it is early days.
