I’ve taken BSO prior but it never felt like this. I live with MS so I decided to try it again because of its neurological benefits. I took a half dose on day 1 and the first thing I noticed is this—it reset my internal temperature completely. Been having hot flashes from hell with menopause onset, and gradually working my way through managing the symptoms. This BSO was magical. I can now wear appropriate jackets for the cold temp and not feel like I’m dying when I get a hot flash, which are now further apart by the way.I was going to take it for a month while I did some modulation with my brain but now I’m going to stay on it. I don’t even care how bad it tastes. Supplements that taste that way are the most effective! 🤣Highly recommend! 👌🏾

In my quest for a healthier lifestyle and after searching for this product from a reputable seller I decided to go with this brand. I read one of the reviews that spoke on the taste of the product and I thought the reviewer was over exaggerating and should have expected the product to taste “bad” as it’s a healthy Organic product and the manufacturer shouldn’t alter the taste because of this. Oh Boi was i in for a surprise. I first smelt the product and gagged! Then I made up my mind a few hours later to take my first tablespoon. Good lord! It was truly horrible. I almost threw up. I don’t know how ppl take it everyday, well I do know “health benefits” and I will have to find a way around the taste. I however believe this is an authentic product and the bottle is gorgeous. I will update on how effective this product is, if I lose any weight or if I see any overall improvements.

I Purchased this oil for the high quality and hopefully health benefits. I’ve been taking it for a week or so and it seems to be good compared to my previous brand. It is a little harder to swallow as the flavor is stronger. I’m not sure if it has an added benefit over the brand that I used before. While the flavor is strong, it does not linger or cause any stomach upset.

Let's face it, there is no such thing as good tasting Black Seed Oil, and no one takes it for the taste. This is the 3rd brand of BSO I've tried and it is absolutely the ~best tasting of the three. It is the least offensive in taste, with a nice thickness - not too much or little, and a relatively subtle aftertaste. For the first time, I don't feel like gagging after downing it. Of course, I still close off the back of my mouth with my tongue - ala a child eating his veggies, and immediately sprinkle a dose of cinnamon on my hand and lick it off, to help mitigate the aftertaste.Technically, I give it a 3-star rating for taste, but considering I give others I've tried a 1-star rating for taste, and taking into account its other qualities, overall, I give this a 5 star rating, 'cause you ain't gonna get no 4 or 5-star tasting BSO. ANYONE who says BSO tastes good doesn't have functioning taste buds.
