I came across ear seeds around one to two years ago but for some reason never actually bought any. When I came across it again recently I decided to finally purchase some and came across these ones. For such a cheap price, I thought I would give them a try- what have I got to lose but a few quid?So I found a chart on google for pressure points on the ears since I wanted to target specific areas / issues. The first thing I wanted to do was work on trying to lose weight because I had recently gained some weight due to not being as active because of body pains.Anyway. I stuck a few ear seeds on certain points (on both ears though you can just start with one). I also targeted points linked to back pain since it is something I have been suffering with for years. I left the seeds on for five days before taking them off to rest for a few days as advised by the research I had done.The effects I felt honestly had me questioning whether this was the placebo effect and it was all just in my head; or whether this was the real thing! The very next morning (yes, you read that correctly!) I woke up and to my surprise I no longer had that awful lower back pain that felt like a jackhammer going at my back!The next few days my appetite had significantly reduced. I could barely finish my usual portion and wasn’t feeling as hungry throughout the day. I was so surprised I even told my family and friends about my experience and they were dubious to say the least. That is, until I used some ear seeds on them to help with back pain and they came back to me telling me how their pain had suddenly gone too. Now they’ve all bought some for themselves too.Anyway, I hope this review helps someone to finally take the plunge like I did because I’m telling you, you won’t look back! They must be small, so a little difficult to put in place.However, with the acupuncture clinic closed for coronavirus, these little acupressure pads have been a godsend.Used on pressure points all round the body, they have made an enormous difference. Not as good as actual acupuncture, but beggars can't be choosers.At this price worth a try, and a real bargain. But remember, alternative therapies work for some and not for others. So, if you get miracles, rejoice, but you only lost a few quid if they do nothing.

A very good product and easy to use. The seeds have uses well beyond pain relief alone and are readily useable on the micro-meridian pathways of the hand. My use of them suggests they are of benefit in helping to alleviate some of the difficult side-effects of chemotherapy.A key point for me is that the adhesive backing is great - it holds position very well (doesn't just dry and curl up) and I have not encountered hypersensitive reactions to date.
