Seems to be well made. No drips or leaks from the around the large stopper sleeve the lid fits inside that sleeve and has a satisfying snap when it seats. The can easily be lifted off to pour or it will let you pour as it is a two piece design and the stainless top just sits there via gravity. When pouring the lid automatically lets juice through. That is the most tedious part to clean. So, I switched to pulp free OJ to keep those pesky pieces from clinging to everything. It did come with a cleaning brush. A cheap one, but included!I like the look and functionality enough I bought a second one (verified it was not damaged or missing parts) then repacked it and put it in the catering/party cabinet in case I drop this one ~ Brick Floor! It rarely happens that I like something enough that I buy a back up just because I don't want to have to search to find a suitable replacement for something I like so much, that works so well and fits my style. That says a lot about this carafe!

This glass jar is awesome! The size is perfect, holds several generous glass fulls,see picture next to individual size champagne bottle. Gorgeous design, spout system is amazing. When tipped it opens automatically and pours effortlessly with no spill and seals itself back up when upright. Genius spout design. All parts come apart to clean easily and thoroughly and they include a fantastic sponge brush to clean the inside of the jar. Glass not overly heavy weight but feels like it will not break easily. Lovely presentation for mimosa morning, great buy!

Well-made. Rinse the bottle and top with the rubber sealer well. The main head piece needs to be rinsed well as there is a strong chemical smell on the black piece. The lid was washed multiple times and left in water for hours to remove any chemicals. Once completed, boiling hot tea was placed in it and it did not break. Looks great and love how it works! You will love this item.

This carafe pours without spilling and super easy to clean with the accompanying brush.

I brought this for my homemade orange juice’s and it’s the perfect size to put on top shelf of fridge. I also like that it’s leak proof and easy to clean. I didn’t rate the heat resistance because I haven’t tried washing in dish washer. Good buy I recommend it.

This carafe is still going strong 2 years later! I use it constantly for my iced tea. I pour hot tea in and there is no breakage. Highly recommend.

Vraiment contrarié qu’Amazon laisse des vendeurs présenter un produit sans frais de livraison et qu’au bout de l’aventure, les frais de livraison étaient inclus dans le prix de vente affiché. Pour retourner le produit je dois payer les frais de retour... 35 $ car le produit a été expédié de Las Vegas des USA. Valeur déclarer sur l’étiquette de retour 18,99$ pour un produit vendu en ligne 64,14$. Une vrai arnaque...

I bought this jug and so disappointment. Its cheap glass and there was a chip. The seller wants me to pay for the return. I would not recommend this water jug. Very cheap glass

I had the bottle rinsed and cap washed in warm soapy water. Started using it immediately. Left water overnight in the bottle. This morning when I poured water out, my water had a weird chemical smell, so I knew it had to come from the new Howard bottle cap. True enough, the rubber on the cap is giving out a strong chemical smell. I’ve never had any issues with those bottles from Japan. Where’s the quality control here? It’s terrible.
