Ordered this for my HP laptop fit straight in and worked! Seems to hold its charge well really can recommend this as a direct replacement

Product defective as won't hold a charge. Never has had a 100% charge, got to 98%, now the battery always has the laptop on battery saver mode. I've tried to find how to go about a refund or a new battery so ended up writing a review so you would receive my problem and you would hopefully rectify my issue. I understand that some products may be defective and this is not slander on your overall business.

Fitted battery, did not fully charge but I expected it to calibrate itself but no, never has fully charged, check shows 80% and nearly 5 hours to a full charge. That is the best I can get. I get about one hour before is needs plugging in again. After 3 months only charging to 60%.
