After almost a month of use, I can tell my hair has gone back to "my" normal. Whatever was causing hair loss has dramatically changed. It's not going to be a miracle overnight fix, but a month later and there's a noticable difference. Definitely will buy it again.

I been taking this for a few weeks along with their multi vitamin. My nails feel stronger. Not sure about my hair yet, but I have seen that it’s falling out less. It’s a small pill which is a plus and pretty affordable.

You need at least 5,000 mg to have any researched effect, and more like 10,000 mg for a significant benefit."So as we all know the benefits to taking collagen and they clearly state the dosage required for a significant effect, but then don't include ANY in this formula but do have the silica is perplexing to me!? I like the formula for what it has but I would LOVE it if it included the collagen at the right dosage, right?? I hope the manufacturer reads this and at least offers this in a "bonus" formula so we have the option to get it all in one place. Now I have to keep taking a collagen supplement (*10,000+mg) besides this...bummer...

A great supplement for hair, skin, and nails! I got it about a month ago and noticed a difference: my hair didn't get dry even after recent coloring, my skin is firm and glowing, and my nails don't break (and they usually do in winter). The capsules are easy to swallow and are tasteless, which is also great. The ingredients definitely work, so if you're looking for something to help your hair/skin/nails to stay healthy and nurtured, this product really works. Recommended!

This is a concentrated supplement that I take with a multi-vitamin to get the full benefit of improving my hair, skin and nails. The capsules are easy to swallow with no stomach irritation, and even though I have just started taking them I am seeing good results! I would recommend to others!

I just started taking this supplement but so far I think it’s good! It arrived quickly and well packaged. It is standard capsule size. It has no discernible taste or aftertaste. It’s packed with nutrition!!
