Bogus lamp
I have had problems ever since I installed the lamp. I finally had a Mitsubishi repairman come to the house. He said this bulb is not original equipment as stated. It is a rebuilt bulb and is prone to fail. I find it a bit ridiculous that Amazon would be advertising this as a manufacturer's replacement. For almost $90, I'm not happy at all.

This is the REAL DEAL for your Mits, a bulb is NOT the place to save a few bucks!
Purchased my Mits WD-60738 in 2010, bulb never failed, but it seemed things were a bit dark lately, so, studied up a bit, checked out the cheap knock-offs available for in the $25 range, and finally decided, no, best go for the bulb that Mits says to purchase. This is the real deal, fits perfectly, has the cooling screen / open sections, etc etc. The only thing that is slightly different are the screws that hold the lamp assembly in place, the screw heads now are not knurled, other than that, the same. You can't really get your fingers in there anyway to twist knurled screw heads, so not a big deal. Point is, the assembly is exactly the same and fits same as original, pushes in easily, screws engage and seat the assembly, and hold it correctly. Turning on the TV after install was a big surprise, holy able to see like it's brand new Batman! Should have replaced the bulb last year methinks, it's amazing how you can slowly adjust to not being able to see detail. It's really like a new TV again. Package came before shipping info said it would, assembly was well packaged, comes with instructions that are the same as in the Mits manual, exact fit, nothing to adjust, perfect picture. Spend the extra $$, get the exact replacement, be happy!

Fake OEM
Paid for a Phillips bulb and got a fake one. If you look at the pictures of my old one, you'll see Phillips stamped on the lens. The one I got, doesn't. Phillips also put their part # on the side, the one I got, didn't. Phillip's also puts the "Use 915B" on their bulb, the fake ones don't . Nothing like paying big $$$ for an OEM and getting one I could of paid $50 less for. SCAM!!!!

So much for Exclusivebulbs and me. Never again will I purchase from them.
In the past, I have bought these dlp lamps from Exclusivebulbs with great confidence it would be correct and work as it should. That is no longer the case. On or about 7/06/16, I received the first replacement bulb with original housing. It was a no name bulb (literally no print on the bulb at all) and the housing wasn't even remotely close to the original. Received the refund and ordered another assuming it was simply a mistake by Exclusivebulbs. Received the item on 7/14/16. After opening the Amazon box, I saw a dilapidated box inside. Oh there was a strange rattling noise as I carried it upstairs to open it. Upon opening the box by Exclusivebulbs, I see a return label from someone that had previously returned the item dated 5/27/16. The housing was not wrapped with anything for protection, the screws were loose leaf (the source of the rattling) and one of them had actually made its way into the housing because there was no metal mesh screen that is supposed to be on the housing. Even still, I wanted to try it out to see if it would work. After managing to get the screw out of the housing, I placed it in the TV (this took me awhile because the housing is an extremely cheap knockoff that does not have the same dimensions as the original. After firing up the TV and waiting for a couple of minutes for the lamp to 'warm up' it looked beautiful! At this point, I was happy I gave it a shot after all. Then after about 10 minutes, the green/red flickering started. No. It's not the color wheel or the light assembly. Those are fine. I pull the lamp out of the TV and reseat it. Attempt #2, same exact thing happened. Two more failed attempts and I knew I had a dud. So much for Exclusivebulbs and me. Never again will I purchase from them.

Image Flickers
Like other bulbs I have purchased in the past, this bulb was fairly easy to install. The two screws could have had a little larger head but I was still easily able to screw in the bulb for a good fit. After I turned on the TV, about 15 minutes into my movie, the TV turned off and I smelled ozone. After that, the bulb flickers a little. Not enough to bother me much but I do notice a little.I really don't know if the flicker is caused by the bulb or if my TV is starting to have issues but it did start right after I installed the new bulb.

Whether it was the bulb or the TV, definitely needed some ingenuity and now how!
This was the second time I've had to replace the bulb in my television. Can't remember the seller for my first replacement but this seller was much the same experience; no nonsense, bells or whistles. Item placed straight in a padded box and shipped. However, this bulb didn't want to fit. The connector on the bulb was higher then the connector on my television having me to take the entire bulb and projector unit apart to get it lined up. The connector was the correct connector, just to out of alignment by being to high. Fortunately I had to take the unit apart before to replace the color wheel so it wasn't "too much" of a big deal. definitely took a couple of hours to do it all though. Outside of that, a little metal screen on a vent hole was smashed beyond use, thankfully it didn't do any damage to the bulb inside the package while in shipping. I was able to use the screen from my old bulb, put everything back together and three days later, it's still working like a champ! By the way, this was the second replacement bulb since I bought the television set eight to nine years ago. So far, it's been a decent investment.

Easy fix for Mitsubishi dlp
Perfect replacement. Our bedroom tv’s bulb went out and I was going back and forth on getting a cheapo vs an authentic replacement. Found this Bulb sold by the amazon warehouse. Took me less than 3 minutes to swap out. As you can see from the image, the housing matches the existing one perfectly. My Mitsubishi model number is wd65738. The original bulb lasted 11 years so I hope I can at least half of that from this new one.

Broke after two months.
Had this a little over a month before the screen started going dim. A month later, heard a loud POP and no screen at all. So it lasted 2 months for $80. Sending it back. I do not recommend this product.
