Can’t live without these salts!
Insomnia? Psoriasis? Sore muscles? Anxiety? This stuff is pure magic. Throw some Dead Sea salt in your tub, run the water and settle in for a long soak. You will feel like a new person in the morning. I use around 2-3 cups per bath and add a cup of magnesium flakes and French lavender essential oil, soak for an hour (or more), pat my skin dry and climb into bed to sleep like a baby. I’ve been ordering these salts for many years. You can’t beat the price and quality. If you have ultra-sensitive skin like I do, start with a cup and add more if you can handle it. Add too much and it can cause a burning sensation (just rinse off, it will stop). Don’t get it in your eyes!

Great product
I've been buying various varieties of salts from MINERA for at least 6/7 years now, maybe longer. I've never been disappointed yet. I prefer the finer salts for my purposes but they're all great quality. Even the packaging is high quality, never had even a tiny rip in any of them.

Took a chance
I took a chance to buy this because it's not my usual brand I buy but it was just as good and will buy again.

Just what you need when you need it
When this ran out, my wife actually told me to get more. Unbelievable. She loves to soak in it when she has a long day at work. She feels rejuvenated and skin soft. I never knew that it was this effective and could be used when taking a shower. I have not tried this yet but it says so on the packaging. Give this one a try.

Eczema skin care routine must have
I bought this on recommendation from a YouTuber who suffered from eczema and topical steroid withdrawal TSW. I found that it dissolved slightly slower than fine grain salts, even in the hottest water setting I have, but that doesn’t take away from the potency of the product. It does sting just a tiny bit if you have open abrasions on your eczema and I would advise to begin with a 5-10 minute soak, using 2 cups in a 1/2 - 3/4 full warm tub, if you can tolerate it. The stinging goes away as the warmth of the water should provide some sense of comfort to your skin. Do not begin by soaking for as long 20 minutes like I did. Because at some point your eczema gets irritated and you can start to itch from soaking for too long. Especially if you are having a flare up. I have only used this for a few weeks and will consistently take soaks in the bath until I’m done with this bag. Other than using it for my eczema, soaking with these salts is such a great way to unwind, and grant your body the self care it deserves.
