Seven Seas Cod Liver Oil, Orange Flavour, 300ml (Pack of 4)

This is a medication that I’ve taken for many years. It is very effective, has a very pleasant flavour and is not too expensive! Who could ask for more???

Taste any fish oil, but it is tasty, more orange flavour like a medical. It is better than the tablets is too big to swallow, the other is without orange the taste of fish oil is disgusting!

This is not 'oil'. It is an emulsion containing around 12% cod liver oil. There is also 11% 'fish oil', taking the total charitably to about 23%.The rest is sugar. Sucrose is the second ingredient after water. It tastes sickly sweet. Like drinking a child's paracetamol suspension. The flavour is actually offensive, whereas I actually find pure cod liver oil fairly innocuous.I don't imagine the majority of people who presumably bought this stuff thinking it was 'healthy' were expecting to get a mouthful of sugar and 12% actual cod liver oil.
