This is very good 4G smart watch for kids, I bought 2 of them for my 2 boys. They liked it and they are happy to make video call with me. I am also so happy with them I like every thing in the watch especially the monitoring feature. GPS is accurate with little error around few meters. I had a little issue and their customer service were outstanding with a very fast respond and solving my problem. I sent the link of this watch from amazon to my friend and she bought 2 more for her kids. She is very happy too.Highly recommend

I just received this item and was very excited to unbox it. However the top seal on the watch was full of air bubbles and seems like water would leak in. I inserted the SIM card per the instructions and tried to make a video call but the screen was completely black. I connected it my home WiFi and that’s when I got a glitchy picture on the watch. I have requested a replacement as this watch was bought for my son as a Christmas gift. Hoping I just received a bad one and the replacement will work flawlessly. I will update my review once the new one arrives and I test it out.

The watch itself looks like it will b a great find. However, it is ridiculous trying to set it up. Put in sim card that i bought with it and set up wifi, downloaded the app for my phone and it would not allow him to make any calls, continued to say “not connected to internet” and when u go to wifi it would say “connected” beyond frustrating. DO NOT BUY!!!!!! It is a waste of time and money! Im returning after trying to make it work for days now!

After 3 months of having this watch, I have given up on it. First I had issues getting it to work. Customer service was responsive and helped me get it working. The battery barely lasted thru the school day. The GPS location was accurate. Overall the controls were not very friendly. It continually got a "No Sim" error and it reset it, you had to unscrew 2 tiny screws to remove and re-install the sim card. This error resulted in not being able to reach my son on numerous occasions. This resulted in it not being reliable and not a good option for keeping in touch with my son. Of course I missed the return window by 2 weeks!

Good product for youngsters. It is fairly easy to navigate the activation process. Definitely get the recommended pre-paid plans. They have a lot of parental control which is a must but really great to have that connection to your littles without being overly technical and adding more unneeded “screen time.”

The calling is great. The WeChat is OK, as long as it still allowed in the U.S. ; -0. The geofence doesn't work and the photos are grainy and don't have a way to upload them anywhere. Cute kids watch for the phone feature. If that is what you are looking for, it's probably fine. Oh, also, we had the same issue as another user with the top screen bubbling (and appearing not to adhere). We kept the watch anyway and it doesn't appear to have any negative effects. Daughter has gotten it wet several times and it still works. Manual could be a lot better. Gets you started but doesn't really explain much.

**Purchased two watches for Christmas. One charging cable does not work a week later. Can I have a new one sent without having to return the whole watch?** The call quality is good, purchased $5 speed talk sim off amazon. I have not found a calculator on either watch.

App was easy to install. Setup by following the prompts. Easy to navigate watches functions using touch screen. Must charge each night same as a cell phone.
