Nice product
One of the few I found that was actually designed to line up with 16" wall studs. Wish the rod was something other than plastic, will likely replace with a copper pipe or wooden dowel.

cross dowel may seem short, I was mistaken
I swear I paired the brackets to the manual properly so decided I got a bad product when the cross rod was not long enough. I didn't see the differences in the bracket. The L hooks that are welded on the undersides must be positioned so that the corner of the L shape-as well as the long back that makes the L shape are facing inward thus shortening the distance for the rod to fit. The sturdiness of the unit is as expected since it's iron but the dowel is soft wood, mine was received with indents and more were made when placing it in the hooks. My shelf unit seemed a bit crooked before I fastened it to the brackets. The brackets are hard to use a phillips screwdriver on since the bracket itself gets in the way where the screwdriver would go but I twisted the back as best I could while halfway having the screwdriver twist the opposite way. I haven't had it for long but I wonder if anyone's have ever fallen off the wall since the suggested load by all the hooks that you get seem like an overload for such a small shelf but seems fine for now. Customer service has been wonderful!

Tiny and not heavy duty, but works in small spaces
This shelf and rack is solid enough, it is all metal with a wooden rod for hanging pots. The size is a bit silly as the shelf is only 7” deep, not really big enough to be useful for much. I don’t think this would hold much weight, I only use it to hang two pans and don’t trust it to hold cast iron. The hooks that came with it are also tiny and didn’t fit through my pan handles, I had to buy other ones and bend them to a fit. The hooks come off easily when you’re taking a pan down. It’s funny that this comes with so many hooks as you couldn’t hang more than two pans from it. Ultimately I kept this because I didn’t have room for a larger one and it solved the problem of storing two pans, but it isn’t a complete pots/pans solution.

Nice size
This rack was a great size for my cookbooks. We downsized and don’t have the space we used to, so this rack works as a shelf and mug rack.

Works well
Mounted to a stud, only real downside is when installing the mounting screws in the wall, you need to get the spacing just right between the screw head and the wall on the upper screws. If you don’t you have to remove them and guess again at the spacing as if it’s too much of a gap the shelf will be loose and you can’t adjust them one the unit is on the wall. The shape of the side rails blocks access to the upper screws. But one you get the spacing good it’s pretty sturdy.

Perfect for my coffee bar!
The media could not be loaded. Super easy to set up and fits perfectly in my coffee bar. Using to hold mugs. Ordered 2nd black one one for other side which will hold the paper towels instead of mugs. Also ordered the one just like this with the brown wooden shelf but returned that bc the metal did not match. It’s perfect and I love it!

Easy storage
I bought 2 of these. They helped free up some much needed cabinet space.

The provided hooks are a bit shallow and fall off from time to time
It's what I expected at this price. I keep my toaster on it, although it's perhaps a tad not deep enough for that. The hooks fall off often enough to be a tad annoying. I'm thinking of gluing mine in place or getting bigger hooks.
