The customer service was superior and they shipped it out right away. My 20 inch pony is just as beautiful. I have found a new supplier. Looks just like picture. very soft and easy to maintain. The color isnt so in you face which i love. Only maintenance is detangling 3-4 times a week with spraying half water half conditioner on hair. curls are bouncy. looks natural. would recommend this hair! had it in for 3 weeks and still going strong. If you know how to handle curly hair with care, then this is for you!!!! must buy

I got the 20 inch Afro kinky curly one and it made me feel like a princess 💓 you instantly get a sleek style without the hassle of wrapping bundles around your own ponytail . It comes in a natural black color that matched my color perfectly . I’m 5’8 and I have it in a high pony so it you have it low or you’re shorter it’ll be longer on you . Oh and it comes with mink lashes !Update I also tried the kinky straight ponytail in the length 16 inches it’s perfect and I’m pretty sure it’s the same as the kinky curly just blow dried ! The hair has a great kinky curly texture and blends perfectly with my hair. To top it off, it's human hair! Can't go wrong with that! I also notice that it did not have a chemically smell like a lot of hair extensions do. My only problem is my own lack of coordination when it comes to the drawstring. I've never really been good with that and need help with attaching it. If you're good with attaching a drawstring ponytail and you want quality human hair, then I definitely recommend this product for you!
