Good laser engraver
Good little set up.Assembly was very easy as well as the software. Super simple to use straight away.One item of note is that the unit really needs to be secured to a surface as does the work piece if engraving small images with lots of on off on the x/y axis. This causes a considerable amount of vibration with the unit and will move the work piece resulting in a botched engraving.I have used this for engraving a large photo. 4x6 the resolution was great but it did take almost 3 hours which is t be expected.Also used to cut masking material to paint toys.All in all a good purchase.

Ther is a pathetic lack lof instructions that come with it.
I believe it's a good product. However, the directions are brief and vague. Were it not for the pen turners group I belong to I would probably still not have it running. There is no on/off switch and what appears to be one isn't. If you buy one be prepared to hunt or ask how to get it up and running, unless you are familiar with previous models.

Decent for the money
Assembly was easy with just 4 nuts to put on and two connectors to connect. All tools are supplied that is needed to assemble this. Software is easy to download. You only need two pieces the driver for windows and the actual software. It was pretty easy for me to just start using it.

Engraves well
Works well just needs better way to get the software. Has an intermittent issue with connectivity to the software, but engraves well

Update: still within my 30days after using it 3times, the 4th time I used it my laser stopped working. I was pretty bummed. Now I got to send out this machine back to the company. I did like it tho. Not sure if the image was to much for it or what, but it shouldn't have stopped working when it was still brand new right?I like this machine for most part. Easy to use, but simple designs like solid black lines does great, butanything with details and shadding so far its a no, doesn't handle shading very well... i did an image or marilyn monroe and it took 10hrs for 1 image.Doesn't do very big images either. Letting needs to be big it can't do small lettering where you can read it. And keep images simple not yo much details. If you need it for simple projects its perfect, but if u need it for more complicated projects I wouldn't. But for first time starters its great for..Also do not stop it st all. Pause is ok. Once you start the laser you have to finnish it, so make sure your wide awake for big projects. Like how my one picture took 10hrs for something I could done by hand and take 5hrs.Still work getting as long as simple projects.

great value did everything that I wanted it for, I wound up using 3 different software programs and was able to make everything work

bought it used [it was a return], reassembled it, adjusted the belts, fixed it to a table, works fine [just have to read instructions better]

Ok for the price
Took me hrs to get it to connect to the computer the software isnt all that great have to use there pics don't let me upload dfx files to burn. What I have done with it turned out good you get what you pay for
