Large Rain Shower Head Round 304 Stainless Steel Ultra Thin Bathroom Shower Head High Pressure Rainfall Showerhead (10inch)

This is easily the best rain shower head we have had yet. Our first was fitted by our bathroom installer, it had lights that flashed red for too hot, blue for too cold and green for just right. After a year they stopped flashing and I was permanently having to take a tooth pick to the holes to unblock them. The second one had multi-coloured flashing lights, which then began to fail after a year. A good old bit of research showed that any of the light ones are not particularly good because they rely on the flow of water to keep going, have a small shelf life and are notorious for failing, so having a good root through amazon I was nearly tempted to by the top of the range, with interchangeable pressure and then came across this. i reflected on what I wanted in a shower, which was to feel as if I was in a deluge of a rain shower - Purchased this and I am not disappointed at all! Its lovely and so far the water is literally drenching us, you feel so clean and relaxed, it had rubber teats (nipples?) that you just brush over with your finger to let the bits of scale out, easy to fit, nice and shiny and a good diameter so you get absolutely covered in water. At this price I wont mind having to replace after a year IF that is required, but I suspect it will just be the latex teats that will eventually fail and then I will buy another!

Well built and works well

I got the 10 inch version. I looked at quite a few and went for this one. Really impressed. It took about a minute to unscrew the old one and screw this on. The water comes out evenly and I think it mixes with air somehow so it is quite a lot less splashy than the old one. The nozzles are very flexible which should help with getting limescale out as others have mentioned. I don't think it is stainless steel as it isn't magnetic but it looks good being chrome like. Great value for money.

I just got out the shower and thought, you know what, I bought this shower head for £20 in 2020 and its possibly one of the best things I bought, still going strong and feels really good, I do think when it reaches the end of its life I would get the 12 inch for an even wider spread but the 10 inch covers enough and it's very even so would highly recommend if you're looking for a rainfall style showerhead and it's not gone up in price too much in the last 4 years (currently on offer for £23/24). Also found it very easy to install which is often something that causes more hassle than you expect.

It's got a great flow rate, solidly made, and dead easy to fit. And it looks very nice.As others have said, the threaded part looks small but it screws onto the pipe with no drama. Just unscrewed the old one, screwed this on, and away.

I had an older shower head (chrome metal thing that is large and always limescaling up), so thought I'd give one of these slim rain shower heads a go. Unscrewed old, and attached this one (tightened by hand and that seems fine).Its not what I would call high powered, but thats likely the water pressure coming out of my shower, but its gentle and constand and as its slim, it sits slightly further away from your head when under it. I enjoy having a shower under it and due to the silicone tips in it, hopefully they will not limescale up like the old chrome one!For the money, you cannot really complain!
