Bought for my wife "4" years ago ! It is still in great shape and has also survived a drop off the car roof when left there on departure other than paint chips but no actual damage. I honestly don’t know how many re usable coffee/tea cups I have bought over the years but the number is over 10. Reading the reviews made me curious enough to purchase but I honestly had very low expectations for this product; but let me tell you! I have never been so wrong. This amazing cup keeps my coffee and tea piping hot for over 2 hours even when the small flap on the lid is open. It keeps all the heat inside and doesn’t get cold quickly unlike other cups I have bought from more expensive brands. This delivers its promise and more. It’s very easy to clean with a bit of dish soap and warm water. There are no silly small bits to fight with to clean it which is a plus. All in all if you really want a great coffee cup then this is the one to get. I would advise that you should never put a hot drink inside this cup and then put it in your bag as the pressure from the heat will push the small flap open. It’s fine if it falls to the side on a table but I wouldn’t advise putting it in your bag filled. You can easily carry it as well as put it in your car drink holder.

Brought this cup for my mom, for work, and she love's it, made her a cuppa in it, and over 4 hours later, it was still hot enough to drink

Used this cup for the first time today. Made a coffee , put the lid on and tested it to see if it was leakproof, it certainly wasn’t leakproof. I’m just glad I used this In my home and not taken out anywhere. I love the look of the cup , but the main reason I bought it was I wanted a cup that didn’t leak. I wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t buy another. Money wasted

Great in terms of leak proof but lots of heat escapes from the top meaning your brew cools down quickly.
