My partner already supplements with chromium and green coffee bean and cayenne separately/individually with good results so was very happy to try this natural stimulant for an extra boost to workouts with the extra bonus of potentially burning a little extra fat/increasing metabolism to showcase gym gains better and see if taking them altogether in this one supplement instead of separates made any difference - in short, the answer is: no! Seems to be no more or less effective than when taking them all separately as far as any visible changes go, despite the addition of kelp extract which neither of us have tried before. Therefore these seem effective enough as they haven't disrupted his regular routine in any way and are quite convenient, so he'd be happy to use them again.Follow the directions closely as instructed and don't over-do them - my partner likes to take a week or so break from complexes like these every few weeks which has always worked well for him. Good value though and would recommend.

Great for vegans. There is approx 2 months worth here. Green coffee is said to have a naturally slimming effect on the body. I can't confirm or deny the claims but this is a high dose of green coffee with some added hot pepper for extra punch. I'm always keen to try anything that says it's slimming as I'm always on a diet. I think these squash my appetite. I don't think they do anything more but I'm happy with being less hungry! They don't control my urges to eat, my self control needs to be a wee bit better to work in tandem with these. I've had other sups before with green coffee in and I've done a little research. These are good for vegans which always gets brownie point from me. At 16 a bottle but with about 2 months use in them I see myself buying them again if I feel the weight loss after this bottle has been worth it.

It is great that this is a clearly marked vegan product. They have used vegetarian capsules and there are no nasties here such as gelatin making them suitable for both vegetarians and vegans. You get 60 capsules and if you stick to the recommended dosage of between one and three times a day then they would last up to 2 months depending on whether you go for the lower or higher dosage. The capsules are of typical size and easy enough to swallow. You get an expiry date of just under a year from the time of ordering. I like the mix of the green coffee bean along with the likes of cinnamon and Cayanne. I also like the fact that this company doesn’t add anything unnecessary to it. The price of around £15 isn’t too bad either, especially as it is a vegan product.
