Q: I customised the 4 name chain but then it wouldn’t let me add to basket without customising the 3 name chain too, does that mean two chains will come?

I'm not sure check your basket after u have Customised both chains or try selecting the 4name chain from the beginning if still no luck best to contact the seller direct and they will help you .

Q: Can just one heart be ordered?

I ordered 3 hearts in birth order but I do recall being able to order up to 5 but it should state in the item specification

Q: Does this cone gift boxed?

Mine arrived yesterday in a small brown Jewellery box with a pretty little hand made red rose & words saying “especially for you”
