Quercetin & Bromelain (1500mg) 240 Capsules, 8 Months Supply, by vytox, Vegetarian

These supplements reduced the histamine effects as hoped, very happy with them.

How do I know if the contents even contain quercetin? I have twice bought Vitox Quercetin+Bromelain and the capsules and contents of each purchase are completely different, although the ingredients lists on the packets are identical. One capsule is white and seems to contain white & green powder with what seems like a seaweed filler and the contents have little taste. The later purchase contained transparent capsules containing a yellow powder which is strongly astringent (like vitamin C).

First batch I bought seemed OK, 2nd batch looked a smelt completely different and did not work. Switched to a more expensive reputable company. (Higher Nature, which have been excellent.)

Bromelain under dosed I need to take two to get the same effect on my sisnus that my last brand had. Quercitin probably under dosed to for the fact I still have a little allarge problems

The pills are NOT a whoping 1500mg as stated. Now I'm sure they will say ah that's what it is extracted from, but Quercetin and Bromelain are the extracts!. Now if it were say extracted from 1000mg of red onion, that would yield only one or two mg of Quercetin and you would be better off with a thin slice of red onion.
