This thing works great
I absolutely love this product. You just have to make sure you file them down thin And the acetone is to the line. You're fingernails need to be right above the steam, so make sure you put your hand in deep enough and hold on to the lid. Within 20 mins my nails turned to jelly. No need to touch the acetone. My only problem is I don't have a second one! Haha

Disappointed
It did not work as expected. I would like to return it. It was a waste of money.

Good at first but crapped out in less than 8 months
I really liked this item, but I’m very disappointed that in less than 8 months (and having been used around 10 to 15 times) this item has already quit working properly. It turns on and gets lukewarm. No steaming and no removing my polish. Such a waste of money. Big disappointment.

Mine only goes into heat mode. Never says steam. Too hot to put fingers in until steam mode. Sending back.UPDATE: seller was very good about the problem and refunded my money no problem.

Slightly Warm
Um, I soaked for 20 mins and I don't really see how this is different than a regular acetone soak. It is slightly warm, definitely no steam. I wouldn't recommend this product. Even after a good bit of scraping, there is a bunch of product left and now there is a film of partially dissolved gel on my fingers. Really disappointed.
