Great Product!
I've used Kuzu Root Starch for many years as a food thickener and therapeutic remedy. This particular product meets all my expectations and I particularly like that it is so finely ground. It's also absolutely white in color and has no taste that I can detect when used in cooking. Works great!

This powdered kuzu dissolves faster than chunky kuzu. Thickens well. A little goes a long way.
I've been cooking with kuzu for 30 years. I wish I had found this kuzu sooner. For cooking, I use it instead of cornstarch. I also make a fortifying drink with shoyu and umeboshi plums (ume sho kuzu).
