I see a few reviews stating they were sunburned when they used this product. It appears that these people used it in an active setting or at the beach. If you’re going to use this sunscreen, please understand that it is NOT waterproof. If you are going to be sweating or in water, this is NOT what you should reach for. Now, that being said, the fact that it is not waterproof is what makes this such a great product for everyday, casual exposure protection. It is light and non-greasy. That greasy feel is what keeps sunscreen on in water, so this is clearly not the product for beach use. This is a particularly nice product for the face, and it works amazingly under makeup. It is light, barely-scented, and is very moisturizing. If you are looking for a great, everyday face sunscreen, give this a try. It is comparable to the Biore Watery Essence, but that one stings my sensitive skin and doesn’t feel very moisturizing. But the textures of these sunscreens are very similar, and in my opinion, this Nivea sunscreen is the superior product.

I’ve been using this sunscreen for over a year and I cannot say more good things about it. I use about 3 pumps at a time as the last step of my skincare to cover my face, neck and chest. It goes on easily, no white cast! I repeat..NO WHITE CAST! I have olive toned skin and most everything has left a white cast on my skin. Not this one. I recommend for darker skin tones as well. Most every sun protection product causes my eyes to burn. Not this one. It’s a creamy substance, not pasty like most sunscreens are. I have Mojave desert dry, 55 yr old, skin and I find this adds to the moisture my skin care regime provides. It feels very light on my skin, no heavy, yucky feeling when used. I love this sunscreen and because it’s so easy to use I actually use it which is the most important aspect of my experience. I use it religiously, EVERY DAY, which never happened with any other sunscreen. No matter how good a sunscreen is, if you don’t use it every day it defeats the purpose. This is such a pleasant sunscreen to use it’s not a burden to use it. TRY IT.

This sunscreen has everything I have been looking for in a sunscreen: no smell, thin, quick dry and great price! I have been looking for a sunscreen that did not have avobenzone in it because I was told it stains clothes and this does not have it. This sunscreen does not feel greasy and it dries within a couple of minutes after application. After using this on my face, which is sensitive to new lotions and sunscreens, my face has not broke out or swelled up from pore blockage. Once I apply it, you can't even tell it's there! Personally I see no residue and there is no "white" sunscreen look once I put it on. I use this daily for going out in the sun, going to the beach and doing yard work in intense heat. I highly recommend this product and I will continue to buy it when it runs out!

I absolutely LOVE this sunscreen; it's smears on clear, doesn't leave any white residue, doesn't feel heavy or cakey, and barely any scent that disappears just as fast as the sunscreen seeps into my skin. It is also STRONG in protection. For reference, I have sensitive pale skin, and burn instead of tanning if the weather is a strong sunny 80F degrees. I slathered myself in this before heading out for a full 12 hour trip to Disneyland on a max 95F degree day. No hat, thin shirt, hair up, and I was ready to put this sunscreen to the test. Hours in line under the sun, let's see how strong this cream is. Well, even after hitting Grizzly Rapids around midday (note: this sunscreen is NOT waterproof), the worst I came away with the next day was a slight blush on my cheeks and nose where the water splashed my face. Conclusion? This sunscreen passed the test with flying colors! If you're not going to get wet, at least. As a daily sunscreen, this is more than enough.

Worst product ever. As a very happy consumer of other Nivea products, I'm thinking this is a counterfeit item. We got serious burns after being exposed to sunshine only for 1.5 hrs on our first day of vacations. The gel fragrance is not nice at all. Very disappointed. If you care for your skin health. Stay away from this dubious product. UPDATE : 3 days after first use of this terrible product, my wife's back skin is completely covered with blisters.

I am on an med that increases my risk of skin CA, so I always, and I mean always wear sunscreen on my whole body.Since I don't want the stickiness or the odor of traditional sunscreen, this product is the best, amazing, wonderful, a game changer. The price is great for the product, it has no scent, is weightless, dries on skin almost immediately, is not sticky at all. Its like its not even there - an invisible barrier. This has become my HG sunblock after trying so many others. I have very sensitive skin and avobenzone (main ingredient in most chemical suncreens) makes me breakout in hives. I've tried so many others that either made me breakout, dried out my skin, felt greasy, or had a whitecast/wierd tint. Been using this everyday for several years. Everytime I try a new sunblock, I always come back to this.
