Fantastic Headset
I should have swapped to a corsair sooner , the quality and comfort is fantastic, you can game for hours without getting a headache from an uncomfortable headset .Quality is fantastic with sound and the iCUE software gives you lots of control and customistationMy only gripe is the wire was too long for me, but that's if I'm being picky.

Fantastic... For the price
This was my first dive into the world of Corsair headsets and I have to admit, they've done one hell of a job with the Void Elite. So I'll start off by saying I haven't experienced any headset size related issues as others seem to. However I did notice the bottom of the ear-cups don't clamp to the head with the same force as the rest of the cups, which may be why some people may be experiencing a gap at the bottom. The Corsair Void series really sets it self apart from any other headset due to the unique design, which I have found to be very comfortable over long periods. The lack of faux leather ear-cups is a welcome relief as they have a tendency to ware out and slowly disintegrate. Instead being replaced by a very comfortable and breathable fabric. The banding (Despite appearances) is extremely comfortable and whilst it may not look high quality, it certainly feels it.So, the headset it great and comfortable. But what about the audio? I'll start with the good. The 2.0 stereo sounds better than anny other 2.0 headset within it's price range and I would definitely say I have heard worse from headsets that cost considerably more. The Corsair iCue software is okay, not great. But there is enough to be getting on with and tweak to suit most people. Now, the bad. The 7.1 hasn't had the love that the rest of the headset has, frankly when you turn on 7.1 it just sounds as if you are in a large empty room where every sounds echoes. Not bad for the price but I was fairly disappointed as the 7.1 seems to be a big selling point for the headset but is fairly lacking in comparison to the rest of the experience.HOWEVER. In my opinion the true selling point of this headset should be the mic! I could not believe the audio quality this mic is capable of! I have owned a lot of headsets in my time as well as independent mics but they pale in comparison to the bag for your buck value of the Corsair Void Elite mic, it is unbelievably clear. I have been in Discord chats with 10 people and they have all commented about the audio quality of my voice and enquiring where I got my microphone. Just make sure you use the little mic filter that comes with it!Conclusion. The Corsair Void Elite is an incredible headset. True the 7.1 is not very good, but let's be real. If you really want a decent 7.1 headset you'll be expecting to spend more than this headset costs, and it does the job well enough for the price. This headset gets 5 stars from me, not only for having great sounding 2.0. But for being the first headset I have ever used or heard to have a completely clear and high quality mic.

Volume control sucks
Got mine in the latest Prime sale and it does the job.The actual cans are large enough to fit around my ears, there's plenty of cushion & minimal pressure from the headband that you don't feel it in a long session. The problem is that the slightest knock to the left can sends the volume control back to zero, you put them down and it's back to zero, a mouse farts downstairs and it's back to zero... That and the mute button is so hard to locate that you end up just pushing the mic up and down, which I'm sure will shorten the lifespan of it in the long term. It's good for the reduced price and even with the issues, I enjoy using it but if you're looking for a professional or even top tier set of cans - you can do better.

Perfect high end gaming headset; for spoilt and sensitive ears.
My Sennheiser GAME ONE earphones broke after 4 years of use, the last few months their sound not working in one ear unless volume wheel on headphones was all the way up. I liked how ventilated they were, the 3D sound, the fabric earcups. But I didn't want to spend £150 on another set.I tried some £20 cheap 4.5 star reviewed Chinese ones from Amazon, the rating is what ultimately guided me but they turned out to be the cheap thing I should have expected. They got sweaty with their faux leathery ear cups, there was barely any noise cancellation, 3D sound was almost non-existent. Totally not worth it and I would never be able to get used to them coming from a high-end pair. So I searched again looking closely for the things that I wanted and found the Corsair VOID ELITE.Putting them on the first time after a week of the cheap ones was amazing, the ventilated soft cups caressing my irritated ears, I knew these were for me. After 6 months of using them now I can say I am as happy with them as the more than twice as expensive GAME ONEs.I can recommend them to you, but there may be some adjustment from your prior headset. I would have preferred to lift the microphone boom to turn it off, instead you need to locate a button on the side of your left cup, once you get used to its location it becomes instinctive anyway. The volume wheel is on the back of the left cup, it also becomes instinctive to use but sometimes rarely you can accidently turn the volume wheel if you lie down on a pillow or something, but its no bother and you can adjust the sound again for your current session ambience.Ultimately you are getting premium feel headphones for a mid-range price. I don't normally write reviews but I think I owe it to Corsair for saving me the £90 extra I would have spend chasing that feeling. Thanks.

So entstehen keine unangenehmen Druckstellen.

Excelente calidad/precio.
