Blue House 709BT MP3 Headphones with Bluetooth

Thank you Blue House for making this fabulous fold-able, compact MP3 headphone - complete with charging cord, 4GB SD card and a carry case - all for an affordable price!I specifically wanted a headphone with MP3 capability so that I can work around my house without distractions. I took this out of the package, it fully charged in within 45 minutes, I easily downloaded the SD card with 100 titles, and listened (both SD card and Bluetooth) for the next 6 hours without 'the cord.' The battery life is very good. The sound is decent for me - no distortion. It has that clear 'stereo' effect, making my old jams sound even better.The instructions were easy to follow, as there's really no learning curve. Pop 'em on your head and play away. Bluetooth setup/paired-up the first time, the placement of the buttons make it easy to change functions quickly, the FM was at times a bit fuzzy indoors (but then again, my location bites to support any FM capable electronics I own), and the headset cups are comfortable for about 3 hours before it starts to hurt my ears (IMO, even high-end headphones hurt after awhile.) None of those problems bother me since it's the MP3 player I'm after. Time will tell on durability, however, the headset feels and looks well made. So far I'm loving my new headphones!Overall, these fit my needs for an affordable (it's like a try me price!?), hands free, portable playlist headphone that blocks out surrounding distractions. BTW, you have got to listen closely to the words of the 'ONE' song that's on the SD card. He said it all about the industry. {Smirking}

I got to a breaking point where I couldn't stand all the cords!!! I can't use ear buds because they never stay in my ear. I did a lot of research on wireless headphones and came across these. They had the best reviews and were very low in price compared to other brands. I've had these for 2 years now, and I'm not disappointed! The sound is amazing. I really like how I can either use bluetooth, the built in radio, or the music on micro SD card (which comes with some white noise sounds already on it). At the time I purchased these, this was the only pair on the market that had those options. The battery lasts a long time, too. I usually charge the headphones over night, and can go at least a full 8+ hours or more before I need to recharge them.I have two issues with these headphone: First is that they use the old digital camera charger, so I cannot use my android chargers interchangeably like I can with all my other electronic devices. This really isn't an issue because they come with their own charger. The other issue I have, is that sometimes the vinyl cover over the ear part will slide off. It's a major pain in the rear because the slot that it fits into is very small, which is why I use dental floss to slide it back into place. This had only happened a couple of times, so now I pay attention. If it looks like its sliding again, I just adjust it before it comes off altogether.

These are great at the gym, biking and anywhere that a wire gets in the way. They're "can" phones which means a bit bulky and hot, but gym and other places are noisy so the can style seals the ear well to minimize external noise. I found it quickest to plug the micro SD into PC, load up with tunes and replace, but you can load tunes over USB as well.Pros: No moving parts, no wires, no external device when using MP3 mode, great sound, comfortable, simple but elegant operation, SD cards of up to 16 GB will hold a lot of music. Cons: track selection is next / previous track only and no shuffle or repeat. (You have to arrange tracks in desired order on the SD card). MP3 only, no lossless format supported. No display, but the intent is that you operate these without removing them so a display wouldn't make much sense. If you need to see what you're playing, use Bluetooth mode.Tested as Bluetooth and that feature works very well. Radio also works great.

I have been using these for a few months at the gym. The ear pads seem to come off fairly easily. Reinstalling them requires separating a plastic mounting disk from the head phones and stretching the pads back over the disk and snapping the disk back into place. After a few reinstallations the snaps on the disk are beginning to break off. I ended up taping them to the headphones. I found that that while the ear pads are comfortable the also put enough pressure on my glasses that I had to stop wearing my glasses at the gym due to pressure points. The plug for attaching an MP3 player or TV on a treadmill has stopped working and the inability to play your music randomized is a bit irritating although you can try to first randomize your play list before downloading it to the headphones.

This product was efficiently packaged and came right on time. The bag it came packed in was a pleasent feature. The witty remarks on the direction were very much apreciated though the directions were not very imformative. The headphones fit wlvery snuggly and firmly on my ears with no discomfort. The music was loud but I was not pleased with the fact it couldnt get louder than "I cant hear u" loud. I often had to take the headphones off to press various buttons but only a day in and I am beginning to get the hang of where each button is. I didnt realize that this did not have a mic which is a big disapointment but completely my fault. I was able to load songs that easily and paired easily to my phone.

When they arrived I charged them as instructed. And I was impressed with the sound. After only using them for a couple of times for not more than an a couple of hours total use, one speaker is popping some and the material that is sowed around the earpiece cushion is coming undone. Kinda dissappointing.Now that i have had them a while and i worked out the kinks. We came ro really enjoy them but my one star ratung for now will have to stand. The battery has stopped charging and the warranty i added apparently is none existent now. I never have been contacted about my dissatisfaction.
