My husband installed these on three doors I love the quality. They were easy to install. The look is very great matches the rest of my decor The price was right. It feels great, and it fits wonderfully. They were placed in about 3 months ago. There are no issues as of today

I got this for my 16-year-old grandson because his little sisters were breaking in his room and taking his candy and stuff. I was going to have my husband put it on for him, but he put it on himself. Works great and easy to use.

So, this has an interesting assembly that i've not seen before - maybe I'm just old-school.This also comes with a mandatory face-plate on the latch assembly... so be prepared to chisel if you had a door that simply had a hole in it for the straight-shaft type without the face plate. Easy enough, but takes time and careful chiseling.It was super easy, more or less, to put it together the first time. I had to take it apart though, to reverse the latch assembly because I got the door swing wrong out in the shop.... sigh.DON'T TAKE THE OUTER KNOB ASSEMBLY APART! It's kind of hard to put back together because the key-lock cylinder wobbles around... simply put the key in it and reassembly holding the key/cylinder straight and you'll be fine.After taking it off (finally) i reversed the latch assembly and started to reassemble.... Well, the plate that holds things solid that is screwed on with machine bolts on the inside part of the door buckled... DON'T OVERTIGHTEN. To fix this I had to carefully unbend that part (the plate).After that, everything assembled fine... until I pulled on the inner knob. It popped off in my hand. Sooooo... I "popped" it a good one and it finally engaged the locking mechanism to hold it together.If you are careful, all can go back together and you have a very nice looking (and reasonably okay working assembly) knob... just do it right the first time ... don't be me!I was terribly disappointed that the strike plate isn't bronze/copper - it's shiny silver. Not a big deal but hey, would it really have been that much more expensive to match colors/metals?

I'm about as unhandy as they come and this was super simple to install. If I can do it you can do it!

Not only does this lock feel cheap but the inner pin is way too short for most stores. It is so short that in some cases the inside closing mechanism doesn't always work so you can literally trap yourself inside and you cannot leave!I'm very disappointed by the poor workmanship and the poor quality of materials. Bottom line, the inner pin is too small and it is something that could result in you in cast rating yourself.BOTTOM LINE: I do not recommend this.

I have never changed a doorknob before but using this was so easy and took very little time to do.

I bought this lock in December of ‘23. It was installed and it performed as it was designed for a few months. Now it free spins when I attempt to unlock it to re-enter my home. I am unable to secure my home when I leave. Totally disappointed with this product.

Easy to install and the lock works perfectly.
