Really does the job, nice and bright

I bought this when the fluorescent bulb for my tank went. This cost about the same but being lower wattage is cheaper to run. I reckon it’ll have repaid itself in a few months with current electricity prices!Not quite as bright as my old light but that had to be kept above the tank and this can be in the water. I have it only just in the water, half way from front to back in the tank.It doesn’t have a timer function for the colour changes. A more expensive light did but that wasn’t waterproof. I’m happy changing the colours myself. White in the day, then when I get home an orange in the evening for sunset before blue for moonlight and then off. With the colour changes I’ve been able to watch my fish better and their activity during the fake sunset and moonlight that I missed before.I find myself having this on longer, because of being able to have sunset and moonlight, than the old bulb which was just white but cheaper to run.Had it for a month, so far so good.

Nice little lamplight.I'm using it with two mechanical timers. To light this twice a day because the 'main' light is too bright to just bang on and off for my fish.No, I didn't trust the digital versions. They're all a bit hit or miss.This route may be Old School, cheapo, but it's works.The fish are well into it, loving the subdued colour/ intensity and merged timings. Coming around from total dark to a full daylight. Picking up at their own pace.I'm not a morning kinda guy...why would my fish be!Nice light.

*EDIT 12/2021* -the light no longer works just under a year later. Never been submerged, the LEDs now don’t change colour or switch on/off via the remote or button so are useless._____This light is IP67- NOT IP68 as the description states. The difference being IP67: Protected from immersion in water with a depth of up to 1 meter (or 3.3 feet) for up to 30 mins, whereas IP68 “Protected from immersion in water with a depth of more than 1 meter (manufacturer must specify exact depth)”Turned up with a bent pin on the plug so I couldn’t use it. I had a power adapter that was the same so I’ve used that one instead. Works nicely and lights up my whole tank (300l) lots of colours to choose from and varying brightness. good light for the price.

In der Beschreibung steht leider nicht sofort ersichtlich, dass die Lampe ohne passenden Typ C oder F Stecker geliefert wird d.h. man benötigt eine anderes Netzteil oder einen Adapter. Somit wohl für die meisten Käufer nicht geeignet, daher nur 2 Sterne.

Ai bien reçu la lampe mais gros problème c'est une prise anglais à 3 broches donc impossible de m'en servir!Que pouvez vous faire pour m'aider merci

Le transformateur est aux normes GB.Inutilisable sans rajouter un adapteur, mais bien sûr, rien dans la description
