Sour Cherry Preserve (k.kloni) 16oz

I remember this sour cherry dessert as a child visiting my relatives' homes and was given a couple of tablespoons of it as a treat. It is delicious!! I have bought and tasted many versions of this but I believe this is the best tasting one. Though expensive, a little goes a long way...if you can help yourself that is. I have had to hide it on occasion from my husband because he eats it with everything!!I spoon it over Greek yogurt which is divine!!

I loved this product so much on Greek yogurt I bought a jar from my local greek restaurant. This time I was able to find it through Amazon and save lots of $$. I use it on greek yogurt that I purchased at my neighborhood big box superstore and enjoy it as a late night snack. Just a small spoonful is enough. The first jar I bought lasted on the pantry shelf for more than a year. I STRONGLY SUGGEST EVERYONE BUY THIS BRAND. I tried a differrent brand and it was mediocre. This brand is a true winner.

Delicious!, however the price is way to high. Just found the same brand at a Mediterranean market for $7.99. I didn't realize i could actually find visseno in California.

If you have been trying to find real Greek sour cherries then search no more! Dark, slightly chewy sour cherries in a thick syrup are the perfect for topping for Greek yogurt and walnuts-fantastic!

Delicious but less so than Kafkas. However, several years ago you must have made the decision to include fewer cherries and more syrup in the Kafkas. This takes it off the top rung, where it had been for many years. The flavour is still tops, but it is too runny for a top rating now.

I am delighted to find these cherries can be ordered from Amazon! I have loved them for severalyears and could only find them in two Persian markets in Los Angeles. I've had relativeswho carried them back to New York and San Francisco because they like them so much.Now they can be shipped to their homes. Hurray!I have tried several other brands of cherries and always been disappointed.I eat these in my plain yogurt every single day. They rock!

I watched The cooking odyssey a few weeks back, which featured a simple dessert with sour cherry preserves and Greek Yogurt. The preserve is really good. It ay be too sweet for some, but I thing the sweetness goes well with the yogurt. I have found my new favorite dessert. And the seller was great - quick shipping and fast delivery...

Delicious. A little pricy but well worth it.
