Well made Unit, I just had a Fitment Issue which was not XMT-Moto's fault.
Looks to be a well made unit... for a 2014-2018 Indian.. Only issue I had with the unit was listening to a Indian Sales Rep tell me that the 20218 and 2019 used the same Sissy Bar Backrest setup... Wrong! My Bad! The Spools on the 2019 and 2020 are larger than on previous years and the mount is too small on the openings to slip over and lock down... The Back Pad and Luggage Rack work perfectly... even on the 2019 OEM Indian Unit I was eventually obligated to buy for my 2019 Indian Chief Vintage... For the reduced cost and savings I will just keep the unit and find a Rider with the proper Year Indian for the Sissy Bar … without the pad or luggage rack of course, I will use those. And as far as Customer Service They are fast to get back to you to resolve the issues

Did not fit. Inaccurate description.
BUYER BEWARE. Bought this because the description stated it fit my 2018 Chieftain Limited. The rack arrived in a separate package within days, and Amazon marked my whole package a delivered. I had no way to track and confirm the bar and backrest was still en route. Ended up showing up weeks later, went to install it and it didn’t fit. Waste of time; I would have been better of paying the extra money and buying it directly from Indian.

Backrest for Indian chieftain classic 2019
Great product. Fits perfect to Indian chieftain classic 2019. Needs to oder the spools to replace the originals.

Doesn't fit Chief
I had searched for one that fit our 2018 Indian Chief and this states it does. It does not. You have to shave it down to fit spools. Other than that I like it.

needed to grind some to make it fit.
All in all I am pleased with the product. I did have to grind a bit to make it fit. I read previous messages and reviews on this product and that helped me to purchase it. It did not fit as one person said but it was a fairly easy mod to make it fit. Overall this product seems very sturdy and looks good on my bike.
