My hair started falling out during the pandemic and I’ve been looking for a supplement to help prevent that from continuing. After using SHiNE for almost 2 months, I’m pleased to say that my hair isn’t shedding as much - there is much less hair in my hairbrush when I brush my hair! It also feels stronger from the root, which I hope will keep improving. Capsules are easy to swallow as long as you take one at a time. Otherwise they will stick together. I’m pretty impressed with the line-up of key ingredients in these vitamins! I recognize most of them like Vitamins A, B12, C, D, and others! It’s formulated to support hair, skin and nail health. They’re a capsule style with the powdered vitamin mixture inside. There’s 120 capsules but it’s only a 30-day supply because you have to take 4 per day. That’s a bit overwhelming!The price is not especially cheap but the quality is worth it! They are strengthening my hair and nails right now! The effect on my skin will show in about 1 month.I take these vitamins gradually over the course of the day with food to prevent any stomach upset. The line-up of ingredients in combination with a healthy diet and exercise is helping me to feel better all the way around!

This product is a MUST on my vitamin list... And when I can't find it, I'm lost.My hair is already really thick, heavy, coarse and I have a mess of it , but SHINE has given it more length (finally) and even more strength than any of the other "hair, skin and nail" products I've tried over the last 20 years ... And that's with only ½ the recommended dose (2 instead of the 4 recommended)Yes, I do panic when I cannot get it in my subscribe and save through Amazon, but I will hunt it down until I do find it on my own. Didn’t work

My daughter had leukemia as a child and as a result has always had thin hair, thin so you could see her scalp through her hair. She started using the prenatals by this company and her hair got so thick and you can no longer see her scalp. I have super thin hair and though I am not using the prenatals, shine is made by the same company so I am thinking it will do the same thing. Good ingredients are a key factor in everything.
