emissary Laptop Messenger Bag Canvas and Leather Shoulder Briefcase 15.6'' Satchel

Lots of space for a laptop, a ream of other materials, power supplies, mouse, external hard drives, cords, books, notebooks, etc. Ruggedly constructed and seems very durable in daily use back and forth across a very large college campus for a month as described above. Does have some weight to it by itself, so you have to factor that in to the total load you'll be carrying. But the strap is thick and very comfortable with swivel attachments so it never gets twisted or tangled. A significant improvement over my previous bag, which I "thought" was a nice bag until I bought this Emissary bag. My only recommendation to the manufacturer is that the bag could use some extra foam protection at the bottom of the laptop compartment, but that can be added "after market" with foam padding or even corrugated cardboard. That being said, I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality for the price. I'd definitely buy it again.

Great looking bag and very durable. I get alot compliments on it . Has alot of room . I carry my laptop ,charger ,tablet and several other miscellaneous items with no problem . The strap is very comfortable around my shoulder zero discomfort. I would highly recommend this bag

The style and materials are great. I love the color contrast of the khaki and brown. It is constructed of heavy materials (leather and canvas) and is beautifully designed. It is a good size for your laptop and essentials without being too big. I did receive a warranty card with it which must be registered in 30 days. However, when you go to the website to register, that is not an option. Hopefully I will not have any issues with the bag. It seems to be very durable so far, but only time will tell.

This is a satisfying item to open. It's 5 stars on arrival, but I only gave 4 stars because I want to see how well it holds up over the year. At this price, it would be so awesome if it is super durable, but only time will tell. If it is as durable as it looks, I would give 5 stars.The whole thing is just well done, good construction. the exterior/interior color works together. The bag can have a rugged or dressy look ... I would not hesitate to rock this with in a corporate meeting, or throw some camera gear in it for a day outdoors.The canvas is supple enough in your hand, but stiff enough for the back to stand up on its own like a proper brief case. I put some narrow books in the bottom (about 4 or 5 inches) at first to establish the shapeNote: the size is more like a briefcase and less like a messenger bag. My previous bag was a small messenger bag so this was actually a bit bigger than what I was expected, but I do love it and and think it will be awesome. Very pleased so for for the price.

The styling and everything else from this bag is good taste. The interior laptop pocket has plenty of padding, everything else inside the bag has everything I need for storage capacity.The buckles for this bag are very secure, the buttons have a nice ‘click’ to them and are easy to unfasten quickly.One issue: the bag arrived with the left buckle unable to fasten all the way due to a manufacturing issue. I went one week without using one of the buckles until I decided to drill out the metal. After part of the buckle was filed down, the fastener was able to seat completely and now works just as well as the right buckle.

This bag looks amazing, and is well made. I purchased it as a gift for my son (in his mid 20s), and he loved it immediately. It is definitely water resistant, as he took it with him to carry around at Sundance in the snow and slush, and everything in it came back dry. He said he found it to be very functional with plenty of different compartments to keep organized and still easily know where things were.

Classic and rugged! The bag seems very durable with a heavyweight canvas. Not quite as deep in the main pocket a my previous bag but it made me clean out some junk I was carrying around. the bottom has extra material for durability. the shoulder strap has a great pad for comfort.

Great size!!! Fits my 15” laptop, a 13” laptop and a travel 15” monitor in it. Plenty of pockets and storage around for everything else you need. If you plan on traveling with a full size keyboard (with number pad off to the side) make sure it’s one with the direction buttons (up down let left right) that are collapsed into the keyboard, or else it barely won’t fit. Great looking bag!

Está mejor de lo que esperaba. La lona es bastante gruesa y tiene forro por dentro. Los broches externos son de portafolio clásico, no magnéticos. Los de las bolsas si son magnéticos pero no se abren con facilidad. La correa está muy resistente y en general el maletin es algo pesado así que no cargaría muchas cosas. No se deforma, tiene la base rígida. Me gustó mucho que además de la solapa para cerrar el maletin tiene cierre bastante grueso para mayor seguridad. El color es un tono más oscuro del que se anuncia pero por mi estuvo mejor. Sin duda la recomiendo

Good quality, well made and looks great. Nice soft inside so nothing gets scratched. Lots of storage pockets. Waxed nicely so you wont have to worry about the rain. I recommend to everyone, well worth the money.
