They would be a little more comfortable if the elastic didn’t rub the back of the heels.

I usually wear either a 9.5 or 10 but I got the 9.5 and it fits perfectly and very comfy.

I’m pretty disappointed in these shoes. I’ve had great Pumas in the past and thought these would be of similar quality. They’re not. The elastic across the top is uncomfortably tight, especially after all-day wear. I agree with others that describe this like a water shoe. They feel loose on the bottom even though the top is tight. They seem to be made with stuff that I don’t expect to hold up. I have a bunion and these also seem to aggravate that. Boo. :( They also have a bit of a granny look to them which I didn’t think would be possible with the usually sleekly styled pumas.

The sole is very comfortable and has padding. However, the elastic scratches the back of the foot at the heel. The shoes need to be broken in a bit. Otherwise the fit is pretty good and no major complaints.

Wife ordered. says one should order one size smaller to get a great fit. Normally she wears 7.5. But someone told her to order one size smaller so she ordered a 6.5. It was a perfect fit
