TYR Adult Latex Swim Cap

The TYR Swim Cap I tried on right away with wet hair and it slipped on just nice, it's very soft and snug and doesn't pull hair nor gets stuck. Perfect. I do have short hair. No more annoying swim cap hair issues. This TYR Swim Cap is for short to medium length hair, I do have my hair cut short on the sides and back around my head and medium length on top.Product arrive next day, in appropriate packaging along with other items ordered.Do indulge, make it a splurge, I ordered two. I'm using this as a device before showering since at times I do get shampoo in my ear and then have hearing issues when I swim without ear plugs. Apparently, I need ear plugs and the swim cap. I'm also using it from time to time for an hour around the house since I did have an accident a long time ago.

First of all, it's a dome and does not look like the picture. See other pictures of dome-shaped caps.Despite the narrow part at the bottom I have no problem putting it on or taking it off. My hat size is on the large side, 7 3/4. I hesitated to buy a silicone cap because I wasn't sure of the fit, and reviews said that latex is stretchierI don't have long hair but there would be plenty of room for long hair. So the top of the head isn't smooth. Makes no difference to me. If I were a speed swimmer I'd surely pick a different product.

It is what it is, it doesn’t try to do anything fancy. It’s a rubber hair protector when you swim. It’s a little bit short sometimes or rather, I would wish it’s slightly longer. We should help cover my ears better, but overall it is what it is for the price point.

The previous caps I bought have been much thicker, but I decided to try these out, and really like the thinness. Hence forward, I may only stick to these:)

The media could not be loaded.  It’s thin and very thigh latex swimming cap. I guess it will not work on my hair 100% due to having long hair. So it’s so tight. I didn’t try under the water but it says on the instructions part wet your hair before you use it. It may be uncomfortable for someone who is not used to wear a swimming cap because of tightness.

There was a hole in the seam when I got the cap. Not exactly watertight for anyone needing it for that, but it definitely worked well enough for what I bought it for.

I have bought maybe a dozen swim caps mainly because I keep loosing them. This swim cap was cheaper than a lot of other ones I’ve bought and I like the shade of white I purchased. The material is a lot thinner than some others I’ve used but it still was able to stretch without snapping (I have a medium size head for a female). It was pretty snug and there weren’t any air bubbles in the cap. This is what you want for caps though since it helps to keep your hair drier. Overall I’d purchase again
