Burns out quickly
First one burned out in about 2 years. The replacement burned out in 12 months. This is the last attempt and I’m buying another stove

Not fully functioning.
Some how I can not adjust the heat to a lower setting, my electrician told maybe the heat thermostat can’t detect lower electric, which is a pin that receive electric and adjust. I feel maybe this is not a genuine part, it’s not cheap, if you change the front two big burner plus labor, you may want to get a new stove instead. LOL

Stove top broke
Smaller than I should have ordered (my fault) but works great for now. Got here quick. Suggest better packaging cause part of the ceramic was broke. Fortunately super glue is holding.

Frist, I need say THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH for your kindly reply.Finally, I find out is the electric plug not tight since last time I remove out to check in.Cause result in, electric power supply non-stable to make second big range and both small range not working. After I fix and use your product to install in, it's totally working well.So, I would like to let you know, that I need keep this product and cancel the refund.Thank You very much again for gentle and honestly business way.Merry Christmas and Happy New Year !
