The driver was not allowed to bring freezer in the house, this policy needs reviewing for seniors.

Horrible company
I bought a Midea upright convertible Refrigerator / freezer model # MRU17F6AWW it isn't 2 years old and it won't maintain temp. It is not under warranty but I am willing to pay for the repair. Customer service has given me the names of 7 repair places. When I call they are either out of business, don't service Midea or are out of the area. I asked them who they would use if it were under warranty because I would pay them and they refused to give me a name. This tells me that even if it were covered they wouldn't have anyone to repair it! Be Careful dealing with this company, you may have their refrigerator in the trash in less than 2yrs. like me!
