OttLiteLED Mini Flip Lite - Portable, Adjustable, Clip Light

I had one for a long time. Very useful while camping. I got one for my daughter and husband.

This is a very slick, well designed portable LED light. The light produced from the imbedded LEDs is very bright and comes out in a wide beam so you see a lot of the surrounding area. It is our 5th or 6th purchase of the product as I keep one in each car, one in my tool tray and one in my suitcase. The low profile design makes it easy to pack and all you do is flip it open and it's on. From experience using the light previously, the battery life is quite long as LEDs draw very little current, unlike their incandescent predecessors.I highly recommend this light for travel, projects and for use in you car since it is easy to store, easy to use and is a great little light.

This light is very bright for it's compact size. The battery life is exceptional. Buy two!

Just what I expected. It’s a great product but really hard to open to put the batteries in. Very hard to push down and forward.

Light broke right away. Good idea for a light, but made with cheap plastic. Very disappointed with this Ott product. They usually make very good quality products.

I find it irritating to have to find a tiny screw driver to open it to put a battery in. An an appropriate screw driver is NOT included. Last time I buy them.

I'm a little obsessed with Ottlites, and I have complained for years about the lighting conditions in fabric stores. So I was so excited when the portable Ottlite came out. Its about the size of pagers when they first came out. But its not as heavy (I don't think). I usually keep it in my car. It does exactly what I have wanted for a long time. The lighting in some fabric stores is just ridiculous, How am I supposed to decide what fabric to buy when I can barely see it?! (I'm 27, so it is really not a matter of my eyes not working) So if you ever have a need for sunlight-like lighting on the go, this Ottlite is perfect. And it has LED lights, so it hasn't been a huge battery hog. I haven't replaced my batteries yet, I've had the light a few months, and use it pretty regularly.

I use it at night if I have to get up. It’s also very bright which is great. Better than any flashlight I’ve ever owned.

I am about to order my firth light. They are brilliant and I am never without one , as I have an eye condition and need bright white light in order to see.Unfortunately they do not last very long if used continually as there seems to be is a design fault as the little wires snap with the continuous opening and shutting of the lid.If they could only be made without the lid they would be perfect.

This is a well made very bright light.

This is my second and the light is very bright which is what I need when reading. However, the screw to the battery compartment is too small and fiddly for arthritic hands. I couldn’t get my screw our to put the batteries in and when I finally did it broke. It’s still useable but this design fault needs improvement
