I bought my children one each of these for Christmas. Good quality art products and they love using them. My only complain is that the wood veneer came off the box when I tried to take the large label off and things sometimes fall out when you open and close the box.

Nice case, only problem is when it was delivered it was rattling so we had to open it all up (it’s a Christmas present and didn’t want to find bits broken or something on Christmas Day) when we opened it up, a lot of the pencils and pens had fallen from their plastic holder. The worst bit was the small paint circles which were everywhere (shown in pic).Having spent a while placing everything back together and glueing the plastic tray into the box properly where it had come away, I think my daughter will love it as it is everything she has asked for, just a shame it’s not put together a bit more carefully to last.

Opened this up after delivery as it rattling so knew something had dislodged. Upon opening, found that all circles of paint, the oil pastels, coloured pencils and felt tips had come out of their plastic casings (see pictures). Luckily nothing was broken, so it was just a case of gluing the paint back in. However nothing clicks into place as the plastic is too loose.Comes in a nice case and looks professional though and I know the person is going to love it.

This looked very good at first,but sadly the case was scratched on one side, and when you open it up half the items fall out as the compartments are not secure, had to buy glue to secure, but even them so items still fell out on opening

Opened on my sons birthday to find all of the pastels had come away and broken! All paints had dislodged from their trays and spread around the box. All pencils had come out of their holders. This was despite it being in one place since delivery. When rearranging nothing clicks into place simply rests in its spot. Not good considering a handle is on offer to carry the case. If I were to use it everything would fall out of place. Returned for a refund. One sad little boy on his birthday.

A very bad purchase would not recommend. Luckily I just opened this to check it out before wrapping it for my daughter's Christmas present. I discovered the corner of the wooden box was damaged, then inside most of the art materials had not been secured properly and had moved around the box, causing the chalks to snap. The plastic insert does not fit any of the materials so they just come away and the insert was barely secured to the wooden box so when you opened it one side fell out. The quality of the art materials are really poor. I would have been better off going to the pound shop and buying art materials from there. Feel it's too late to send back and also not worth the hassle. Very disappointed as I'm an art teacher and expected better for the price!
