That kind of support deserves 5+ stars!First review: I really loved how this clock looks, and read very good reviews about it, so I ordered the last one in stock. When it arrived, though, the smallest hand of the clock had broken off and was loose. There was no way to open the clock to try to repair it. So I had to send it back. and since they didn't have any more of this red clock in stock, I had to get a different pattern, which is also very beautiful, but wasn't my 1st choice. (The other clock I ordered afterwards works fine.)

Beautiful but with defect
"This product was provided at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review."The clock is true to the color you see online. Beautiful and the numbers are easily seen (reason for purchasing). It was to be given to to an elderly individual. Beautiful but quickly found that it was defective. After adding the AA battery and setting the time, the second hand was moving fine. When I looked again a few minutes later, I noticed the second hand was no longer moving. I changed the battery thinking this was the problem; however, it still didn't move. After closer inspection, discovered the hand was trying to move, the short end was stuck on the minute hand (bent inward). Due to how the clock is made, I was unable to take it apart to try to fix this myself. I'm sending back but I am getting a replacement. Really hope this was just a one time defect.
