Good bike for the age of 8 - 13. My daughter ❤💕💖it
I like it because it was the right size of bike for my daughter.On delivery it has some damages but my daughter was very excited and waited long for the bike I couldn't even think to return it. I have a pictures.

Excellent value, extremely well made bike
Excellent all metal fittings … easy to assemble and looks amazing

Looks sturdy but parts are flimsy
This bicycle was a gift for our daughter. As soon as we began assembling the bike, the clamp holding the saddle in place broke and couldn’t be tightened. We contacted the customer support number provided and received a new part in the post the following day. Unfortunately it was the wrong part! We had to wait another day to receive the correct part and our daughter was devastated. The bike looks sturdy but parts of it seem flimsy.

Came damaged and screw missing
Delivered with rear mud guard damaged and one of the fixing bolts for the front mud guard was missing. It was my granddaughters birthday present and I didn't have the time to request a replacement. I repaired the damaged mud guard myself and obtained a new fixing bolt from B and Q. The overall quality of this Bike was very poor and certainly NOT WORTH the money I paid for it. I should have gone to Halfords!

Scratched and broken bell
Came with scratch on mudguard and the bell is so mashed up it is more a lump of metal than a bell.... seems am not the only one so really they need to look at their quality contril. Really should have paid more attention to the reviews. Shame really as it is an ok bike otherwise.
