I'm not sure who wrote all these glowing reviews but I own several Roku's, Amazon TV's and Android TV's and I was looking for something to play movies on with Kodi. Well everything set up pretty well and the quality was not bad but when I loaded out main app, Hulu, the picture quality was horrible. I waited to see if it was a temporary measure as some streaming videos ramp up in quality but the picture never got better. I found a quality setting in the app but even raising it to max quality did nothing. Switching back to Roku and the same video was crystal clear so it's not my network.Another issue was the menu system. You needed to use the keyboard controller as the standard controller would not work. Now I have an Android TV but it seems that for some reason instead of getting the TV version of Hulu, you get the phone version. Not sure who's fault this is but in the end I had to return the device and go back to Roku. I really wanted to like this.

So, after ordering this and another brand product, the other brand was hooked up and running in less than 15 minutes, this one on the other hand took more than three days, and still would not let me sign into any of my video streaming stations. The second keyboard remote would not either connect to this unit, or it just flat out did not work even with it's light on. I had high expectations for this and was expecting to return the other product, but instead returned this one on the fourth day. This product I would not recommend to anyone that doesn't have a masters in computer Tech.

Perfect way to get my monitor into a smart TV. I wanted to be able to use my monitor versatile and this box was able to give me the google play store so I can get Netflix and Disney+. The picture quality is clear as day and the two remotes give you two different ways to use the box. The other remote has a keyboard so you don’t have to fondle a digital one like other smart boxes. I’m greatly amazed how easy the set up wasUpdate: A newer version of android has been available, but it does not seem like the box is getting an update. Slightly disappointed in that fact. Everything still works fine, but scared that support will be next to none later on.

Well, i want to love this! But, I didn't get to setting it up til today, and there was a loud rattle inside the box. I decided to fix that before setting it up, so whatever was rattling didn't fry the insides. Glad I did, because one of the screws that hold the metal plate down on the top was snapped off... i guess when they assembled it. Looks like it will be fine with only the 2 screw holding it on, and the Android box worked great when we turned it on.BUT... the Q button on the otherwise awesome little keybaord on it does NOTHING. So, it's really hard to type with it. I'm hoping the manufacturer can help me out so i can give this thing 5 stars!The reason i chose this AndroidTV was for the keyboard. :-\

First, the USB dongle keyboard remote is a game changer and for any of these android boxes, and this one works great.I did try for a few strwming services and it worked good, but that was not my use for this box. I got this over a Rasberry Pi for emulators and it is perfect for that. Classic Boy is a great emulator available in the play store and runs most older systems perfectly.

The product is easy to use and installation was pretty straight forward, however it seems that the Netflix app won't work with the box which is disappointing, to say the least. While Netflix was still working, the picture quality was pretty horrible at the beginning despite fast internet.

First we were super excited to have this product. Our tv worked like a smart tv, and loaded well. But then came the issues and the disappointment along with it.1. When we turn on the device using the control, it doesn't turn on often times so we have to unplug the modem and plug in back to restart it.2. The mouse on the keyboard control decides itself when to work and when not. We activate the control it shows the blue light but then there's no mouse moving on the screen.3. When we press "enter" on the keyboard it types the letter Q for some reason.
