SWR-9 ExtendRisers, Polished, for Honda VTX-1300C

Bought these for my 06 VTX1300C and they fit perfectly. The polished aluminum matches the chrome perfectly. I picked these because they were less expressive than others I looked at and look OEM.The instructions they came with were actually helpful and had good tips for easier installation.Do yourself a favor and reroute the throttle cables. They were the only ones that ended up a little tight. Scootworks recommended raising the bike and pulling the right fork out of the triple tree slightly to move the cables through, but since I didn't have a lift, I had to disconnect the throttle assembly and run them through the forks that way.

Very easy install, took a bit of elbow grease to get it on, but wow what a difference! Who knew 2.5 inches of rise would enable me to sit up straight and ease my lower back (I'm only 27 and 5'10") I do wish it was polished to resemble chrome like the handlebars itself, but it matches the look of the triple tree perfectly. Did not need to reroute, just loosen up some slack in brake line. Purchased on Mon, received on Thurs, how awesome is that. Very happy.

i, LUKE SHORT, will never order another thing from "scootworks"...they make ill fitting parts and the pictures on the instructions don't even match their product. do yourself a favor and check their better business bureau record and save yourself headaches and money

That is, in turns where I would normally feel that I could go deeper, I scratch my pegs much earlier.

I was looking for rise and pullback without having to get risers, new bars and cables. These did the trick. Total time was about ten minutes, and arrived in two days. Can't go wrong if you just want a little extension. They did arrive with extra long bolts, but 50 cents at the local hardware store, and I was back to riding...

Great product. Solid. Easy to install, just need a wrench. The stock bars felt too low for me, I'm 6' tall and felt like I was reaching. This 2 inches made a big difference, much more natural position now. Throttle cables are a little tight now, I might reroute. All in all, awesome.

Fast shipping, great price, excellent fit and finish! Not to mention the improved comfort! I can finally sit upright on my VTX without spending $230 on new bars. No more leaning!
